Study On Logistics Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Liaoning Province

With the deep integration of Internet+,big data,Internet of Things and other technical means with logistics,the logistics industry is becoming more and more dynamic,and the development of logistics industry has become one of the effective ways for a country to modernize and enhance its comprehensive national power.Therefore,it is of strong practical significance to evaluate logistics efficiency and to study the influencing factors of logistics efficiency.In recent years,the state has been paying more and more attention to the logistics industry,and during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,a market-oriented,reform and opening-up-driven,advanced technology-supported policy was launched to provide a good development environment for the development of modern logistics industry.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the total amount of social logistics maintained stable growth.During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,it is necessary to build international and domestic logistics corridors and improve the modern logistics service system.As an old industrial base,Liaoning Province has always taken the logistics industry as the focus of development.In the14 th Five-Year Plan of Liaoning Province,it is clearly stated that by 2025,Shenyang will be built as an international logistics center in Northeast Asia,and Dalian will be built as an international shipping center and international logistics center in Northeast Asia,linking up with neighboring port groups and expanding beyond its borders to create a new sea-land intermodal transport corridor.Therefore,this paper evaluates the efficiency of logistics in Liaoning Province and analyzes the factors affecting the efficiency of logistics in Liaoning Province,hoping to promote the sustainable development of logistics and economy in Liaoning Province.This paper firstly constructs the evaluation index system of logistics efficiency in Liaoning Province by drawing on the existing research results,selects the logistics input-output indexes of Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2020,and uses the traditional BCC-DEA,CCR-DEA and super-efficient DEA models to evaluate the overall logistics efficiency of Liaoning Province and compare it with Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,Hebei Province and Shandong Province.The overall logistics efficiency of Liaoning Province keeps improving in 2020.Next,the BCC-DEA model,CCR-DEA model and super-efficiency model are applied to evaluate the logistics efficiency of 14 cities in Liaoning Province from2015 to 2020,and the input redundancy is analyzed.Finally,the Tobit regression model is applied to analyze the main factors affecting logistics efficiency in Liaoning Province.The results show that the main factors affecting logistics efficiency in Liaoning Province are the level of economic development,utilization rate of logistics resources,logistics professionals and informationization level,which are also the key to promote the improvement of logistics efficiency in Liaoning Province.The final conclusion of the study is that the overall logistics efficiency in Liaoning Province is on an upward trend from 2015 to 2020.The changes of logistics industry efficiency in fourteen cities in Liaoning Province are different,and the efficiency of logistics industry in Shenyang City,Dalian City,Anshan City and Liaoyang City basically shows an upward trend.And four development suggestions are proposed based on the research findings.
