Under the influence of covid-19,the logistics industry has become a powerful backing to fight the epidemic.road transport,waterway transport and air transport,all the transportation modes that can carry hope,are turning at high speed,driving the operation of the entire supply chain.In recent years,our logistics industry has become an important part of supporting economic construction,but the efficiency level is still low compared with the western developed countries.Therefore,it is necessary to further plan the development strategy of logistics industry,keep up with the pace of the times,so that the efficiency of input and output of logistics industry can be significantly improved,promote the iterative upgrading of logistics industry,and achieve sustainable development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the factors affecting the input-output efficiency of listed logistics enterprises and to explore the optimal path.On the basis of combing the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper selects the relevant data of 45 listed logistics enterprises in China from 2005 to 2020 as the research sample.The correlation analysis is used to reduce the dimension of the initially selected input-output indicators,and combined with different types of enterprise efficiency evaluation indicators index use frequecy,the index system which can fully explain the original variables is selected.Finally,the number of directors,the number of employees,fixed assets and administration expenses are taken as input indicators,and business income and earnings per share as output indicators.Using the traditional data envelopment model(CCR and BCC)to calculate the static efficiency of cross-sectional data of sample enterprises,including comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,by integrating the scale reward and static efficiency effectiveness of the sample enterprises,the overall situation of the sample is analyzed in depth.The Super-SBM model is used to calculate the super-efficiency value for the enterprises which can not be sorted effectively by DEA.This paper uses DEA-Malmquist index model to study the dynamic change of sample enterprise efficiency,from the time dimension and the industry dimension,the paper analyzes the composite efficiency change index,the technology progress index,the pure technology efficiency change index,the scale efficiency change index and the Total factor productivity index.At the same time,the DEA efficiency of these 45 listed logistics enterprises is compared by industry,region and city,and the reasons for the differences among different industries,regions and cities are discussed.Combined with the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward specific optimization paths from the two levels of government and enterprises,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,the research conclusion is drawn,and the future research direction of the article is put forward.
