| At present,China’s economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and it is in the key period of changing the development mode,optimizing the economic structure and transforming the growth momentum.High-quality development has become the fundamental and inevitable requirement to adapt to China’s socialist contradictions and build a socialist modern country,and it is the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Cities,as the basic form of China’s high-quality development strategy,should change to the stage of high-quality development,while land,as the spatial carrier of urban development,should also work hard on the utilization level,and strive to promote the coordination between urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency,so as to realize the same frequency resonance between urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency.In view of this,this study takes 2006-2020 as the research period and 99 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research area,and systematically measures the high-quality development level and urban land use efficiency of cities in the Yellow River Basin by using entropy weight method,convergence model,superefficiency SBM model,ML index,coupling coordination model,land use transfer matrix,grey prediction GM(1,1)and other methods combined with a number of spatio-temporal analysis methods.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The high-quality development level of cities in the Yellow River Basin.(1)From the static point of view,from 2006 to 2020,the urban high-quality development index of the Yellow River Basin showed a steady upward trend as a whole,with a basic pattern of downstream > midstream > upstream.The distribution of high-value areas and low-value areas was relatively concentrated in the downstream and middle-upstream areas,and the development differences between regions were obvious.(2)From the dynamic point of view,from 2006 to 2020,the high-quality development index of cities in the Yellow River Basin has a significant convergence trend,and the balanced development trend of each region is obvious,and the "catch-up effect" in the middle reaches is strong.(2)Urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.(1)From the static point of view,from 2006 to2020,the urban land use efficiency of the Yellow River Basin showed a "U"-shaped relationship,and the annual efficiency fluctuated slightly,and the overall trend tended to be stable.The urban land use efficiency in the middle reaches was slightly higher than that in the upstream and downstream areas,and the high-value areas were concentrated in the middle and upstream areas,while the low-value areas were relatively contiguous in the southwest and northeast at both ends of the Yellow River Basin.(2)From the dynamic point of view,the average annual growth rate of urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin is 6% from2006 to 2020,and the growth rate in the middle reaches is faster than that in the upstream and downstream areas.Except for the downstream areas,which are mainly driven by technological progress,the rest areas are dominated by technological efficiency.(3)High-quality urban development and urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin are coupled and coordinated.Urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin depend on each other,influence each other and promote each other.(1)From the time series characteristics,the coupling coordination degree between high-quality urban development and urban land use efficiency in the whole Yellow River basin showed a steady upward trend from 2006 to 2020,with an average annual coupling coordination degree of 0.471,which was in a mild maladjustment stage,and the polarization phenomenon among regions was weakening day by day,and the balanced development trend was obvious;In terms of watersheds,the upper,middle and lower reaches have maintained a rapid growth trend,with a distribution pattern of middle reaches > lower reaches > upper reaches,and the development of cities in the lower reaches is quite different.(2)From the spatial characteristics,from 2006 to 2020,the coupling coordination degree between urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin increased significantly over time,and the range of severe imbalance and severe imbalance in the whole region decreased significantly,while the range above moderate coordination expanded significantly,especially in the downstream areas.The center of gravity of coupling coordination has experienced the evolution process from "southeast-northeast-southwest",the strength of the middle and upper reaches has been continuously enhanced,and the differences between regions have been continuously reduced.(3)From the perspective of coupling type transfer,from 2006 to 2020,the type of coupling coordination between urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin jumped rapidly to a better gradient,and the growth rate in the middle and upper reaches was obvious.(3)From the perspective of future trends,the coupling and coordination degree between high-quality urban development and urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin will continue to grow from 2021 to 2030,and the coupling and coordination relationship will be continuously optimized,with a strong growth momentum.In terms of watersheds,the overall distribution pattern is midstream > downstream > upstream,and the upper,middle and lower reaches all reach the primary coordination type,and the overall coupling coordination trend of the whole region is improving.(4)Put forward some suggestions on the high-quality development of cities in the Yellow River Basin,the improvement of urban land use efficiency and the optimization of coupling coordination.It is necessary to thoroughly implement the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,build a new development pattern,and comprehensively promote the high-quality development of cities in the Yellow River Basin.Efforts should be made to update the way of land management and utilization,with land spatial planning as the guide,land remediation as the starting point,land management innovation as the breakthrough,and land supervision and inspection mechanism as the guarantee,to encourage the exploration of urban three-dimensional space development and improve the efficiency of urban land use in the Yellow River Basin.At the same time,we should deeply grasp the interactive relationship between urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency,give full play to their supporting and driving roles,adjust measures to local conditions,and further promote the coordinated development of urban high-quality development and urban land use efficiency in the Yellow River Basin. |
