Analysis On The Coordination Between Tourism And High Economic Quality In The Yellow River Basin And Its Influencing Factors

The Yellow River basin carries the population of nine provinces and regions,and occupies an important economic position.The Yellow River Basin is rich in tourism resources,which provides a solid foundation for the development of tourism.The prosperity of tourism industry will promote the development of economy,and the development of tourism industry is inseparable from the support of economy.In this context,taking nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin as an example,studying the coupling coordination degree and influencing factors between tourism and high-quality economic development is conducive to exploring the coupling development potential of the two systems and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.According to the research purpose,collecting and sorting the literature,defines the concepts of tourism and high-quality economic development,and expounds the system theory,regional tourism competitiveness theory and coupling coordination theory.This paper analyzes the status quo of tourism and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin and explores the coupling and coordination path of tourism and high-quality economic development.According to the coupled development path,the index system was constructed,and the entropy-linear weighting method and the coupled coordination model were used to select the high-quality tourism and economic development data of the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin during 2010-2020.The comprehensive index of each index of the two systems was calculated from the overall level of the Yellow River Basin and each provincial level.Furthermore,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the two systems are further calculated,and the development level and timing difference of the calculation results are analyzed.With the coupling coordination degree as the dependent variable and the influencing factor index constructed according to the coupling motivation as the independent variable,the Tobit panel regression model was constructed to obtain the principal influence factors of tourism and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin.The results make clear:(1)In general,from 2010 to 2020,the development level of tourism and economic quality in the Yellow River Basin is on the rise.The development level of Shandong Province and Shaanxi Province is better than other provinces and regions,and there is a certain gap;(2)According to the coupling degree formula,the coupling correlation degree between tourism and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin is high,and they are in the stage of high coupling.(3)From2010 to 2020,the level of coupling coordination was on the rise as a whole.In 2019,it entered the stage of good coordination development,and in 2020,it declined to the primary coordination level due to the influence of external environment.(4)The level of coordinated development is seriously polarized.Sichuan Province,Shaanxi Province,Henan Province and Shandong Province have gradually entered the stage of coordinated development,while other provinces and regions are basically in the stage of imbalance;(5)Through the analysis of Tobit panel regression model,it is concluded that the factors affecting the coordination level of tourism and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin mainly include infrastructure construction,transportation facilities,natural environment governance,cultural facilities and human capital.In order to promote the coordination between tourism and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin,the following suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of regional tourism development and high-quality economic development,aiming at the problems and influencing factors in coordinated development: strengthen the construction of tourism infrastructure,improve the added value of tourism products;Promote the integrated development of multiple industries and improve the quality and upgrading of tourism;Break administrative barriers and promote regional cooperation;Create influential brand,stimulate new impetus of economic development;Promote scientific and technological innovation,and promote the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements;Strengthen regional cooperation and adhere to open development;Focus on green and low carbon to achieve sustainable development.
