| The country’s 14 th Five-Year Plan proposes that high-quality economic development requires the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy.Coordinating the relationship between the two economies and promoting the coordinated development of the two has become a top priority in the new era to promote economic transformation and development.At the same time,there are few studies on the coupling and coordination between digital economy and real economy,and there is a lack of studies on the coupled and coordinated development of the Yellow River Basin economy,which is needed to fill the gap in this field.This paper firstly elaborates on the new development trend of digital economy and real economy,and constructs the digital economy evaluation index system from five dimensions of digital economy infrastructure,industry digitization,digital industrialization,digital application and digital financial level,and constructs the real economy evaluation index system from three dimensions of real economy development scale,potential and structure.Then the entropy value method is used to assign weights to calculate and analyze the digital economy and real economy indices of the Yellow River Basin from 2013 to 2021 respectively.Then the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the economic coupling coordination degree and analyze the results.Finally,this paper selected market demand,scientific and technological innovation,human capital,government-promoted behavior and employment level as the influencing factors of economic development coupling coordination,using the geographically and Temporally Weighted Regression model to study the temporal and spatial evolution of the influence of the five influencing factors on the degree of economic coupling coordination.According to this study,the following conclusions were drawn: there are regional differences in the development of the digital economy,real economy and economic coupling coordination in all nine provinces of the Yellow River Basin growth.According to the average degree of coupling coordination dividing four types.Qinghai Province,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and Gansu Province are classified as coordinated decline types,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Shanxi Province are classified as near imbalance types,Shaanxi Province,Sichuan Province,and Henan Province are classified as barely coordinated types,and Shandong Province is classified as coordinated development types.The first two types of provinces had a small increase in economic coupling coordination,and the last two types of provinces had a relatively large growth.For the influencing factors of economic coupling coordination,most of the factors positively promote the coordinated development of economic coupling,among which scientific and technological innovation had the greatest impact on the coupling and coordination of economic development,followed by market demand and government promotion behavior,and the weakest impact on human capital and employment level.According to the results of this paper,the following suggestions were put forward: to open up all links of "production-circulation-sales" in the real industry;Continue to strengthen R&D and investment in digital technology,and increase the construction of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization;Continue to train high-level and in-depth technical personnel to provide strong support for them to overcome problems in the field of science and technology;The government should encourage the penetration of digital technology into some industries in the region and establish smooth and sound channels for feedback and transmission of information on the digital economy;regions should use the introduction of highly skilled personnel as a means to better promote synergistic economic development. |
