Study On The Coupling Coordination Of Urban Land Use Efficiency And Quality Of Economic Growth

At present,China's economy has entered a stage of high-quality development,and the contradiction between land use and economic growth has become increasingly apparent.The scarcity and extensive use of land resources have become an important factor restricting the growth of economic quality.The improvement of urban land use efficiency is the supporting path to achieve high-quality economic growth.The promotion of economic growth quality is the key to the improvement of urban land use efficiency.There is a natural strategic coupling between urban land use efficiency and the quality of economic growth.Based on the analysis of the coupling mechanism between urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality,the research further studies the coupling coordinated characteristics of urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality and its spatial correlation pattern in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,which is helpful to explore the path of achieving high quality coupling coordination degree.Firstly,the research discusses the coupling coordinated mechanism of urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality from the theoretical level.Secondly,taking 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,and using the relevant data from 2007 to 2016,the research measures the urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality separately,and analyzes the spatiotemporal characteristics of them.Finally,according to the calculation results,the spatial and temporal characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality are studied.Based on this,a spatial correlation analysis model is introduced to explore the spatial agglomeration characteristics of coupling coordination degree.The research draws the following conclusions:(1)The urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality are mutual influencing and restricting;(2)The urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality of the Yangtze River Economic Belt generally show a small upward trend in 2007-2016,but the spatial difference is significant;(3)The coupling coordination degree of land use efficiency and economic growth quality of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt tends to be benign during the inspection period,but there is a certain spatial differentiation phenomenon;(4)The coupling coordination degree of urban land use efficiency and economic growth quality shows positive correlation in space,and the space agglomeration is strengthening.High-value agglomeration(HH agglomeration)and low-value agglomeration(LL agglomeration)of coupling coordination degree are relatively obvious.
