Social responsibility,as an important part of the process of sustainable development of enterprises,has attracted more and more attention from all kinds of enterprises.Due to the rapid development of our national economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,consumers have increasingly higher requirements for the quality of products they buy.At the same time,under the background of the "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" policy and "dual circulation" era,enterprises are required to shoulder more social responsibilities.Although the beer originated from abroad,but because of the long Chinese food culture,the sales of Chinese beer in the world are among the best.Therefore,how to balance the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance and create good brand benefits in the fierce market competition has become a compulsory course for enterprises to promote sustainable development if beer enterprises,as FMCG products,want to win the top in the industry.From the perspective of social responsibility,this paper uses entropy weight method to evaluate and study the performance of Tsingtao beer enterprise,which is mainly divided into four parts.First of all,the research background and significance,domestic and foreign scholars on social responsibility,corporate performance and corporate performance evaluation research situation and related theoretical concepts.Secondly,the paper analyzes the general situation of Tsingtao beer industry and enterprises,the financial status and the performance of social responsibility,and finds that Tsingtao Beer is in the middle and upper reaches of the financial status compared with other leading enterprises in all aspects.Thirdly,based on the entropy weight method,the enterprise performance evaluation system is constructed from the eight levels of social responsibility of Tsingtao Beer from 2012 to 2021(shareholders,creditors,employees,consumers,suppliers,government,community and environment),and the analysis and research are carried out based on the subject knowledge.Finally,according to the analysis results,it finds out the problems reflected by performance in the process of practicing social responsibility of Tsingtao Beer,and puts forward targeted suggestions for optimization.The study found that enterprises’ practice of social responsibility has a positive impact on performance in the overall development.Meanwhile,Tsingtao Beer has made outstanding performance in the practice of social responsibility from 2020 to2021,but there are still some aspects that need to be improved and controlled.Therefore,only by removing the waste and retaining the essence,can enterprises better fulfill the social responsibility commitments of all stakeholders. |
