| The arrival of the era of platform economy provides a basic survival environment for the development of platform enterprises.With the rapid development of platform enterprises,the traditional corporate social responsibility evaluation system can no longer accurately consider the social responsibility performance of platform enterprises,and the lack of social responsibility and behavior alienation faced by platform enterprises need to be solved urgently.Compared with traditional enterprises,platform enterprises have different content boundaries,evaluation mechanisms and governance models for fulfilling social responsibilities due to different market backgrounds.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the evaluation of platform corporate social responsibilities.Based on this,this paper takes the platform CSR evaluation research as the main line,explores the objects and main contents of the platform corporate social responsibility performance,constructs the platform CSR evaluation system,selects representative shopping platform enterprises for empirical research,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the platform corporate social responsibility performance.The main research process of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant theories of corporate social responsibility,stakeholder theory and two-sided market theory,defines the main framework for platform enterprises to perform social responsibility,and believes that platform enterprises should pay attention to the interests and needs of corporate stakeholders while developing and progressing,and consciously accept the constraints of the two-sided market environment.At the same time,based on the characteristics and performance boundaries of platform enterprises,the main components of platform enterprises fulfilling social responsibility content are deeply explored,and then the research on the evaluation system of platform CSR is carried out to further clarify the logical framework of this paper.Secondly,by collecting some platform CSR reports,relevant policy documents and news reports of platform enterprises,TF-IDF algorithm and LDA topic clustering method are used to generate and classify platform CSR keywords.Based on the previous theoretical knowledge,the platform CSR evaluation index system is constructed,which includes three standard layers: external profit cooperation dimension,internal operation support dimension and basic service dimension of the platform.The index system also includes nine first-level indicators,namely investors,creditors,partners,employees,consumers,platform suppliers,society,environment,and government,which are the objects for platform enterprises to fulfill their responsibilities,and the connotation of the index system is elaborated in detail.The evaluation index is weighted based on G1 method and the entropy weight method,and the platform CSR evaluation model is constructed by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Thirdly,eight platform enterprises with life shopping attributes were selected as research samples for investigation and analysis,and the data collected through questionnaire survey.Based on the platform CSR evaluation model,the comprehensive scores of the firstlevel indicators and standard-level indicators of the eight sample enterprises and the overall performance level of the sample enterprises were calculated.Then the performance level of the first-level indicators is comprehensively compared and analyzed based on the specific performance of social responsibilities of the platform enterprises.In general,the level of social responsibility performance of platform enterprises to creditors and the environment is relatively low,and the difference in the level of social responsibility performance of platform enterprises is mainly reflected in the content of performance of responsibilities to creditors,consumers and society,and the main factors with different comprehensive scores of firstlevel indicators of different platform enterprises are also quite different.Finally,based on the current situation of platform enterprises fulfilling their responsibilities,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for platform enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities from the perspectives of external profit cooperation environment,internal operational support elements,and platform basic service construction,and the shortcomings of this paper and the directions that can be studied in the future are clarified based on the previous research content.To a certain extent,this paper can promote the further research of platform corporate social responsibility evaluation,and has certain practical significance for promoting platform enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities and enhance their comprehensive image and competitiveness. |
