Performance Evaluation Of Low-Carbon Listed Companies Based On Social Responsibility

The development of low-carbon economy and building low-carbon society has become one of the worlds generally the focus of attention and focus. There are many problems of economic development in the traditional economic model, such as high consumption, high emission, and high pollution. In order to fundamentally improve the quality of our environment and reverse the trend of ecological deterioration, we must be comprehensive transformation of economic growth mode and take the development of low-carbon economy road. Therefore, it is particularly important to the performance evaluation of low-carbon listed companies based on the social responsibility. Through the study of the performance and influencing factors of low-carbon plate listed companies, it has far-reaching significance to the healthy and stable development of the specification of low-carbon plate listed companies.Based on the performance evaluation of home and abroad studies, and starting from the four dimensions of operating performance, financial performance, social performance and environmental performance. The paper build a performance evaluation index system based on the social responsibility of a low-carbon plate listed companies, and apply the entropy weight law for performance evaluation to seven low-carbon plate listed companies in Shandong Province. Among operating performance dimension is the measure of financial governance structure, staff and innovative, suppliers, consumers; financial performance dimension is a measure of corporate profitability, operational capacity, solvency and development capacity; social performance dimension is mainly measure of corporate social responsibility of the government and community; environmental performance dimension is measure of environmental governance. In the analysis and evaluation, we can point out low-carbon listed companies’problems in the existing business process.Finally, based on the empirical analysis, the paper proposed some suggestions;(1)strengthen the company’s internal management and improve profitability;(2) enhance the low-carbon awareness and low-carbon technologies;(3)protect the ecological environment;(4) use the relevant government support policies’ and enhance social responsibility.
