Research On Huatai Paper Industry Financial Performance Evaluation From The Perspective Of Corporate Social Responsibility

Recently,the thesis industry has made remarkable achievements in the economic situation in the process of continuous development,but the environmental pressure has increased.Nowadays,sustainable development is an inevitable requirement for the long-term and effective development of enterprises.Industry research shows that CSR is positively correlated with financial performance of thesis enterprises.Among them,taking supplier responsibility,shareholder responsibility and social responsibility of thesis enterprises can significantly improve corporate financial performance.In addition,the introduction of the concept of CSR into the evaluation system can increase the dimension of the evaluation system,improve the inadequacies of the original evaluation system,such as the excessive proportion of financial indicators and neglect of intangible assets,and evaluate CSR performance and financial performance more comprehensively,so as to promote the implementation of CSR and seek ways to improve the financial performance of enterprises Therefore,the discussion of the thesis enterprise’s corporate social responsibility has certain significance to both the society and the enterprise.This thesis has selected Huatai Paper Co.,a representative enterprise in the thesis industry.At present,the enterprise has not really incorporated corporate social responsibility into the evaluable and intuitive business model or combined with the financial performance evaluation system of the enterprise.This thesis took Huatai Paper Company as the analysis object,selects the financial report data and corporate social responsibility report disclosure information from2016 to 2021,establishes the performance evaluation system through the entropy weight method,and constructs seven primary stakeholders’ indicators including shareholders,creditors,employees,consumers,government,society,environment and suppliers.Then,the corresponding quantitative indexes are selected to form 21 second-level indexes to improve the problems of incomplete indexes and incomplete system in the original financial performance evaluation system of Huatai Paper Company.From the perspective of social responsibility,the financial performance evaluation system is established to carry out financial performance evaluation research,and according to the results and analysis of financial performance evaluation,suggestions are put forward to improve financial performance,so as to provide shareholders,government agencies and investors with useful enterprise-related information,effectively avoid wrong decisions for enterprises,and enhance the supervision of operators.At the same time,it can greatly improve the growth ability of enterprises and make enterprises have more competitive advantages.
