China is a manufacturing power,complete industrial chain,The report to the20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed that a new type of industrialization be basically realized by 2035,stressing that the focus of economic development should be placed on the real economy,the new type of industrialization should be promoted,and the building of China into a strong manufacturing country should be accelerated.With the help of digital technology,to promote industry digitization and improve the overall level of manufacturing industry in our country.Home textile industry is an indispensable part of Chinese manufacturing industry in the field of big consumption,health,people’s livelihood,but because of the long tradition of industrial development has been ignored,however the traditional is not backward,enterprises in the industry also need to take the lead in improving the effectiveness of management with the help of digital technology,to management efficiency,earnings;To complete the transformation and upgrading of management is the only way for the industry to achieve sustainable development,high-quality development and accelerate its integration into the construction of new industrialization,as well as an effective way to integrate into the digital economy.Therefore,the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in this industry is very worthy of attention and research.In this paper,the digital transformation status of more than 100 enterprises in Nantong home Textile Industrial Park,which represents the development level of China’s home textile,was investigated and analyzed from the aspects of manpower sustainability,competitive bargaining control,operational competition,production development,supply chain coordination and so on.In addition,from the perspective of capability-driven,transformation elements,resource integration and value creation,the transformation principle was dissected,and the transformation mechanism model was constructed.With the strong support of the Administrative Committee of Nantong Home Textile Industrial Park,this paper completes in-depth investigation and mechanism analysis,and determines the index system of influencing factors for the digital transformation of home textile manufacturing enterprises including 5 main dimensions of capability and 29 subdimensions.This index system is applied a leading enterprise in the industry,to analyze its digital transformation.ISM was used to clarify the correlation of various influencing factors.Through adjustment and classification,case enterprise digital transformation influencing factor network formed a hierarchical structure model from the surface to the deep development layer,cooperation layer,competition layer and sustainable layer.The importance of influencing factors was analyzed based on ANP.The results showed that cost control was the most important factor affecting digital transformation,management and process standards were secondary,and supplier planned digital collaboration was the third.From the main dimension,the digital capability group of operations management is the most important,corresponding to the deepest level results of the operations department in the hierarchical model.From the application results,the system of influencing factors constructed in this paper can be used to evaluate the transformation ability of enterprises,and has certain theoretical significance for enterprises.In addition,according to the research results of influencing factors and application data,the digital transformation strategy is proposed for home textile enterprises,which has certain practical guiding significance.
