Under the wave of digitalization,the digital power is constantly impacting and subverting the traditional cognition,thinking and management practice of enterprise leaders.Manufacturing enterprises are actively promoting digital and intelligent transformation,actively embracing digital technology,and promoting the transformation of the whole process of enterprise research and development,production,sales and service.As an important industry of manufacturing industry,textile and garment industry is also actively responding to challenges,seize the opportunities of reform,adapt to the new normal of economic development,begin to actively connect with the new strategy of national manufacturing development,accelerate the transformation to "innovation-driven",focusing on the development trend of digital,networked,intelligent and service-oriented upgrading.However,most enterprises are not clear about the direction of digital transformation,and the failure cases are mostly,so the research of how to carry out digital transformation and digital transformation is urgent.This article focuses on the digital transformation of the textile and garment industry,selects the double case comparison,and studies the path and implementation effect of the digital transformation of the textile and garment enterprises.According to the research ideas of the article can be divided into four parts,the first part belongs to the theoretical analysis and questions,choose hot topic digital transformation,using the literature research,summarizes the meaning of the digital transformation,type,elements,influencing factors,implementation path and implementation effect,using the value chain theory,organizational change theory,smile curve theory and technology innovation theory,theoretical support for this case study.The second part belongs to the analysis of the current situation of the industry,that is,the analysis of the textile and garment industry,including the development status of the textile and garment industry,the motivation of the implementation of digital transformation and the status quo of digital transformation.Through the industry analysis,the representative and comparable case companies Youngor and Happy Bird are selected.The third part is a case study and analysis.This part introduces in detail the situation of Youngor and Happy Bird Company,the path of digital transformation and the implementation effect of digital transformation.In the research of digital transformation path,Youngor and Bird realized the manufacturing digitalization and marketing digitalization in the period of digitalization 1.0.In the period of digital 2.0,Youngor highlights the brand and service strategy,focuses on the layout of brand and service digital transformation,attaches great importance to research and development innovation and service optimization,and realizes the digitalization of research and development and service digitalization.One of the keys to their success is the implementation of management digitization.According to the different results brought by different paths,this paper closely follows the comparative analysis of the two companies’ increase in income,reduce costs,reduce fees,promote new and create profits during the digital transformation.The fourth part belongs to the summary and solve the problem,the article finally summarizes the research conclusion,at the same time,from the implementation of the digital transformation path and digital transformation of two aspects summary research conclusion,through case studies,enterprise digital transformation,digital transformation,digital transformation,planning its digital transformation path,build a unified data analysis platform and data driven management decisions.
