Under the threat of industrial chain transfer and the impact of epidemic situation, more and more enterprises have gradually realized the importance of digital transformation for their own growth and development.Digital transformation is a complex process for small and micro enterprises in the traditional manufacturing industry. The digital transformation of small and micro enterprises mainly depends on the resources of industrial clusters,so it is necessary to explore the influencing factors of transformation. This paper has deeply studied the influencing factors of digital transformation of small and micro manufacturing enterprises, mainly including the following contents:First of all,for the digital transformation of small and micro enterprises, seven influencing factors are selected: economic environment, policy environment, managers’ cognition, organizational change, basic conditions of enterprise digitalization, enterprise digitalization transformation capability and industrial cluster digitalization technology level. In combination with actual cases, the effectiveness of digital transformation of enterprises is evaluated by using three indicators: resource utilization ability, technological innovation ability and information fusion ability.Secondly, with the TOE theoretical model as the framework, the above seven influencing factors are further classified into three dimensions: environmental factors, organizational factors and technological factors, and three main hypotheses and seven sub hypotheses are proposed.Through the enterprise questionnaire data,it is analyzed that technological factors have a significant positive impact on the digital transformation of small and micro manufacturing enterprises;Organizational factors have a significant positive impact on the digital transformation of small and micro manufacturing enterprises;Environmental factors have a significant positive impact on the digital transformation of small and micro manufacturing enterprises. Finally, taking Changxing small and micro textile enterprises as an example,it is proposed that promoting the digital transformation of small and micro manufacturing enterprises should rely on the power of industrial clusters, with the help of digital technology support and digital public services provided by industrial clusters, guide small and micro enterprise managers to improve their digital cognition with a good policy environment, and actively carry out organizational reform to cope with the digital transformation.Convenient digital technology, smooth digital organization and good digital policy environment can improve the effect of digital transformation of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises should actively participate in the wave of digitalization, rely on industrial digital transformation, lay the foundation for enterprise competition, and stand on the new era. This research conclusion will enrich the theory of small and micro enterprises’ cluster transformation behavior, and also put forward countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises, clusters and governments: enterprises should strengthen their own information fusion ability, actively participate in organizational change, and enhance their awareness of the external environment; The cluster should open communication channels, develop service ecology, improve digital infrastructure, and play a role of model demonstration; The government should do a good job in top-level design, increase policy support, and improve the talent training system. This paper aims to grasp the influencing factors in the process of digital transformation of enterprises, improve the quality and effect of digital transformation, and provide reference for the follow-up research on digital transformation of small and micro enterprises.
