Consolidate The Effective Connection Mechanism Between The Achievements Of Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization Research On And Patterns

In 2020,China achieved its first Centenary goal,winning the battle against poverty and realizing the phased goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The first central document issued by the CPC Central Committee in the past two years points out that we will comprehensively promote the process of rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.At the same time,poverty alleviation and rural revitalization have attracted widespread attention.How to effectively link them is an urgent problem to be solved under the current situation,and also the key to solving historical problems.Starting from mechanism and mode research,this paper clarifies the connecting elements and mechanism of the two,and summarizes the experience enlightenment with certain particularity and universality through the analysis of classic cases and operation mode,which has certain guiding significance for other less developed areas in China to realize the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization.This paper takes Longhui County of Hunan Province as the research object,summarizes the experience of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in this area,and concludes a universally applicable linkage model,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper first expounds relevant concepts and theories to provide a theoretical basis for the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Secondly,from the micro point of view,the specific connection process in the actual process is analyzed from the four mechanisms of industrial sustainable development mechanism,incentive mechanism,collaborative governance mechanism and long-term mechanism,so as to draw out the system coupling mechanism of the two strategies at the macro level.Take Longhui County of Hunan Province as an example to analyze the results and existing problems in the process of cohesion,and analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,corresponding policy suggestions are put forward.Taking Longhui County of Hunan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of cohesion,that is,in reality,there are difficulties in mechanism cohesion,industrial upgrading,endogenous force and low level of education supply.At the same time,in view of the existing problems,proposed to promote industrial integration,build characteristic brands,extend the industrial chain,promote industrial integration;Shoring up rural infrastructure weaknesses,promoting infrastructure construction and strengthening infrastructure management;Cultivate and expand the main vitality,get rid of relying on thought,strengthen education guidance;Strictly implement the construction of grassroots organizations,strengthen the construction of party organizations,and develop rural collective economy;Suggestions such as speeding up the construction of green production mode,choosing the development route according to local conditions,and speeding up the change of production mode are expected to provide reference for poor counties in Hunan province and even the whole country on how to effectively link poverty alleviation and rural revitalization after taking off their jobs.
