Research On The Effective Connection Between Poverty Alleviation And Rural Revitalization

Under the leadership of the Party,China’s poverty alleviation work has won a comprehensive victory in 2020,and all poor areas have been lifted out of poverty.With the successful completion of poverty alleviation,the rural revitalization strategy has been fully launched,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is to commit to the modernization of agricultural and rural development,which is an important strategy for the leapfrog development of China’s rural areas at a higher level.How to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation while effectively connecting with rural revitalization is an urgent problem that needs to be solved at present,and it is also of great significance for the work of "three rural areas" in the new era.This paper takes Suzhou City as an example,based on Marxist anti-poverty theory,sustainable development theory and social governance theory,and uses literature research,questionnaire survey and interview methods to investigate the status quo and problems of poverty alleviation in Suzhou City.Firstly,the typical measures of poverty alleviation in Suzhou are summarized from five aspects: strengthening top-level design,building accurate policy system,consolidating the foundation of development,highlighting characteristic guidance and cultivating civilized rural style.Secondly,the paper analyzes the difficulties facing the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Suzhou City from the aspects of the extremely arduous task of preventing the return to poverty,the weak rural public service system,the overall level of industrial development is not high,the level of talent team is uneven,and the rural culture needs to be improved.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the connection between the two,it is found that the main reasons leading to the problems are the lack of endogenous motivation of villagers,the imbalance of urban and rural public services,the weak foundation of industrial development,the serious brain drain in rural areas,and the serious outdated habits.Finally,from the five levels of mechanism convergence,factor integration,industrial integration,talent aggregation,cultural integration,the realization of the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization of Suzhou City is proposed,and the ability of rural governance is improved.Figure [9] Table [5] Parameter [52]...
