| This paper takes Dongying City as an example and studies the current situation,problems,sensitivity,influencing factors and countermeasures of agricultural production socialized service development.Using a combination of field investigation,experimental data analysis,numerical simulation and theoretical analysis methods,it introduces factor analysis,orthogonal experiment,Plackett-Burman experiment,numerical recursive modeling and other methods to analyze the effects of key influencing factors and discuss the problems in the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)It analyzes the current situation of agricultural production socialized service development in Dongying City,evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of agricultural production socialized service model in Dongying City,and believes that the agricultural production socialized service development in Dongying City is good,but there is still a certain gap from the high-quality and high-level modern agricultural production socialized service standard.(2)Through factor analysis method,it reveals four main problems and their corresponding twelve influencing factors that restrict the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City,which are: agricultural production socialized service development environment,agricultural production socialized service subject development quality,agricultural production socialized service government support intensity,and agricultural production socialized service standardization degree.(3)Through Taguchi orthogonal experiment method,it analyzes the weight and sensitivity of four main problems affecting the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City,and obtains the best combination scheme to optimize the target results of each problem,which provides a basis for formulating policies and measures to promote the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City.(4)Through Plackett-Burman experiment method,it optimizes the ranking of twelve influencing factors,and concludes that policy support projects,agricultural infrastructure,agricultural specialized talents and other three factors have extremely significant effects on promoting the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City,which provides focus points and priority order for formulating policies and measures to promote the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City.(5)According to the above analysis results,from the perspectives of government support intensity,development environment,standardization degree and subject development quality as well as twelve influencing factors,it puts forward countermeasures and measures to promote the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City,and expounds its feasibility analysis and implementation strategy.This paper has certain theoretical guidance and practical reference value for promoting the development of agricultural production socialized service in Dongying City and other regions of China. |
