Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Socialized Services Of Grain And Oil Production In Chongzhou City In The Context Of Food Security

Food is an important material for the country and people’s lives,and ensuring food security is a top priority for the country and its people.Food security is of great significance for achieving the goal of a moderately prosperous society and adapting to the opportunities and challenges of food production in the new form.And socialized agricultural production services can integrate farmers into modern agriculture,promote advanced production and management methods,and improve the quality and efficiency of grain production.The importance of socialized services in agricultural production for grain production is evident,so what are the socialized services that agricultural business entities need? Does the existing service meet the demand? What are the problems in socialized agricultural production services? How to overcome these problems?In order to solve the above problems,this paper takes Chongzhou City as the research area,and after collecting and collating the relevant literature on socialised agricultural production services at home and abroad,it makes comprehensive use of basic theories such as social division of labour,transaction costs and organisation,and adopts the literature analysis method,field survey method,case study method and observation method to study the socialised services for grain and oil production in Chongzhou City,specifically elaborating on the socialised services for grain and oil production The study also investigates the current situation of socialised services for grain and oil production in Chongzhou City,the results achieved,the problems and the causes.The main problems of the current socialised agricultural production services in Chongzhou City are: unbalanced development,poor linkages and insufficient factors for supply organisations;insufficient demand and insufficient factors for demand organisations;mismatch and poor connection between supply and demand projects;and inefficient government services and inadequate supervision.The reasons for these problems are: the government is constrained and has limited participation;organisations work individually and lack synergy;organisations have a short history of cultivation and limited incentives;and factor resources are scarce and inefficiently utilised.Through the analysis of the causes of the problems,the following four policy recommendations are made to address the problems in the socialised services of agricultural production in Chongzhou City: firstly,to strengthen organisational links and do a good job of synergy;secondly,to increase organisational cultivation and do a good job of development;thirdly,to broaden the sources of factors and do a good job of utilisation;and fourthly,to optimise government participation and do a good job of service.
