| Since the completion of poverty alleviation in China,rural revitalization has become more and more the focus of the current work on agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Land is the carrier of human activities including social and economic development,and the land use transformation corresponds to a certain transformation of rural development.From the perspective of resource background,land plays a bearing and promoting role in rural revitalization,which is revitalization and development based on land.On the other hand,rural revitalization is an external development based on land,and the development of rural revitalization will inevitably produce the demand for land resources.Different levels of rural revitalization require different ways of land use.Under different development conditions of rural revitalization,land use forms are different,that is,rural revitalization drives the transformation development of land use.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of land use transformation and rural revitalization under the premise of their coupling and interaction.Based on the perspective of land use transformation and rural revitalization,this thesis selects Luxi County of Jiangxi Province as the research area,based on the land use data and development data of Luxi County and its townships during 2011—2015 and 2015—2020,under the guidance of the three theories of land use transformation theory,man-land coordination theory and sustainable development theory,combined theory and data empirical analysis demonstrated the existence of coupling interaction between land use transition and rural revitalization.Coupled coordination degree model and standard deviation ellipse model were used to explore the coupling coordination relationship and spatio-temporal change characteristics between land use transition and rural revitalization in Luxi County and each township,and then the relative development degree model was used to clarify the lagging weaknesses.On the basis of comprehensive identification of coordinated development types,development strategies are put forward in order to promote the efficient use of land resources,the high quality development of rural revitalization and the realization of the goals of coordinated development.After combing through this thesis,the main conclusions are as follows:Through theoretical mechanism analysis and data demonstration,it is concluded that there is a coupling relationship between land use transformation and rural revitalization systems.There is a coupling relationship between land use transformation and rural revitalization,which is mainly reflected in the carrying and promoting role of land use transformation to rural revitalization and the feedback and driving role of rural revitalization to land use transformation.First of all,in terms of carrying and promoting the development of rural revitalization,land use transformation can promote the prosperous development of industries,improve the level of ecological livable,consolidate the foundation of rural culture,broaden the effective path of governance,and improve the quality of life.Secondly,in terms of the feedback and driving of rural revitalization on land use transformation,industrial prosperity can accelerate land use transformation,ecological livability can drive land use transformation,rural culture can promote land use transformation,effective governance can guide land use transformation,and prosperity can promote land use transformation.Through the comprehensive evaluation method,based on the research and analysis of the data of the two research periods from 2011 to 2015 and 2015 to 2020,from the time dimension,the average value of land use transformation increased from 0.35 to 0.51,and the average value of rural revitalization increased from 0.36 to 0.38.Luxi County land use transformation and rural revitalization have different degrees of development.From the perspective of space dimension,there are differences between towns.From the evaluation of the subsystem of land use transition,the explicit transition score increased,while the implicit transition score decreased.The overall average value of explicit transition was increased from0.15 to 0.42,while the average value of implicit transition was decreased from 0.19 to 0.10.In terms of the evaluation of rural revitalization subsystem,there is a certain gap between towns.The average score of industrial prosperity system is basically stable at 0.09,the score of ecological livable subsystem is increased from 0.06 to 0.07,the score of rural civilization subsystem is decreased from 0.10 to 0.06,the average score of effective governance subsystem is increased from 0.05 to 0.08,and score of the affluence subsystem increased from0.06 to 0.08.In the five sub-systems,except for the rural culture system,there was a slight decline,and the others all showed an upward trend.Through the coupling coordination degree model and the standard deviation ellipse model,the coupling coordination degree of land use transformation and rural revitalization in Luxi County and each township during the two research periods from 2011 to 2015 and 2015 to 2020 was calculated.The overall coordinated development trend of the county was good,and the coupling degree remained at the high coupling stage,close to 1.The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.59 to 0.66,and the coupling coordination type at the county level changed from reluctant coordination to primary coordination.Spatially,the center of gravity of coupling coordination development shifts to the southeast.In the coupling coordination of the internal subsystem,the analysis of the coupling coordination degree results of the five subsystems of land use transformation and rural revitalization shows that the coupling degree decreases in a small amplitude.In terms of coupling coordination degree,except the coupling coordination degree with the subsystem of rural culture,the coupling coordination degree of other subsystems is on the rise.The mean of the coupling coordination degree between land use transformation and industrial prosperity increased from 0.42 to 0.46,the mean of the coupling coordination degree with ecological livability increased from 0.37 to0.43,the mean of the coupling coordination degree with rural culture decreased from 0.42 to0.40,the mean of the coupling coordination degree with effective governance increased from0.37 to 0.44,and the mean of the coupling coordination degree with life affluence increased from 0.37 to 0.44,indicating a good trend of coordinated development on the whole.Based on the relative development degree model,this thesis identifies the lagging areas of the coupling coordination between land use transformation and rural revitalization,and then identifies the comprehensive development type and proposes the plan and idea of optimizing the type and coordinating development.Based on the analysis of the results,LTBD and RUBD were the main lagging types in Luxi County,namely the lagging development type of land use transformation and the lagging development type of rural revitalization.In addition,the overall coupling coordination degree of all towns and counties in Luxi County is between 0.5～0.8,which is in the transitional development period.Therefore,the comprehensive development types of Luxi County and all towns and townships can be divided into two types: one is the lagged development type of transition-land use transformation,and the other is the lagged development type of transition-rural revitalization.Based on the above analysis,the optimization type is the complement-weak development type.In view of the backward development type of transition-land use transformation,namely Wanlongshan Township,Xinquan Township and Changfeng Township,we should strengthen the support of land elements and speed up land use transformation in order to fit the different stages of rural revitalization and development.For the transition-rural revitalization backward development type,namely Luxi Town,Xuanfeng Town,Yinhe Town,Nankeng Town,Shangbu Town,Yuannan Township and Zhangjiafang Township,the development idea of complementing the weak is to accelerate all-round rural revitalization and development,coordinate all-round rural development layout,promote rural revitalization,and realize coordinated and sustainable development with land use transformation. |
