Coupling And Coordination Research On The Development Of The Whole Wine Industry Chain And Rural Revitalization In Yinchuan City

Yinchuan City is the core wine producing area at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain.It is located in an underdeveloped area in the west.The rural conditions are relatively backward and the industrial foundation is weak.How to use its own resource endowments to realize the coordinated development of the specialty wine industry and rural revitalization is an important issue it is facing at this stage.This paper takes the rural revitalization of Yinchuan City and the development of the entire wine industry chain as the starting point,and on the basis of analyzing the existing research by domestic and foreign scholars,defines the concepts of rural revitalization and the entire wine industry chain,as well as the relationship between rural revitalization and the development of the entire wine industry chain.coordination mechanism.Using the method of combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,an in-depth analysis is made on the rural revitalization of Yinchuan City and the whole wine industry chain.In the qualitative analysis,the status quo of rural revitalization in Yinchuan was comprehensively analyzed from the five perspectives of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized countryside,effective governance,and affluent life";using SWOT analysis method,the development of the entire wine industry chain in Yinchuan was analyzed.The advantages,disadvantages,threats,and opportunities faced are expounded;finally,according to the coupling coordination mechanism of the two,the coordinated development between the rural revitalization of Yinchuan and the wine industry is analyzed.In the quantitative analysis,based on the existing index quantification system of rural revitalization by scholars,combined with the actual situation of Yinchuan City and the research of relevant scholars,5 dimensions and 16 quantitative indicators were divided.The index quantification of the development of the whole wine industry chain is based on the theory of industrial integration and the research of scholars,and divides the first,second and third industries into three dimensions and seven quantitative indicators.Through the model,the comprehensive development level index,coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of Yinchuan’s rural revitalization and wine industry chain are calculated.Research shows that although the comprehensive development level,coupling degree,and coupling coordination degree of the two systems are still at a relatively low level,they show a good upward trend year by year,and the mutual influence is also strengthened year by year.According to the coupling coordination mechanism of the two,the coordinated development of Yinchuan City’s rural revitalization and wine industry was analyzed.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward for the rural revitalization of Yinchuan City and the development of the whole wine industry chain:(1)Promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries of wine,focus on the planting industry,attract the gathering of wine processing and supporting industries,and break through industrial barriers through wine tourism,to realize the integrated development of the three industries;(2)build a strong wine industry organization core,form a multi-center governance model led by various subjects,and promote the effective governance of the wine industry and the countryside;Based on the development of wine tourism,the industry will drive rural culture and promote the construction of rural civilization;(4)Increase the publicity of the wine industry in Yinchuan,let the citizens know about Yinchuan wine,understand the role of the wine industry in the revitalization of the countryside,and drive the development of the industry(5)Improve the profit distribution mechanism and industrial skills training system of the wine industry,increase the income of rural residents and improve their skills,so that they have more say in the industrial system.
