The land problem is the foundation and core problem of China’s agricultural production.After the reform and opening up,China’s rural household contract responsibility system has greatly improved farmers’ enthusiasm for agricultural production.However,with the rapid development of China’s economy,great changes have taken place in the agricultural production mode and production structure.The traditional small-scale operation mode has become a trend,and the land circulation and moderate scale operation have become the only way of agricultural modernization,which plays an important role in promoting the efficiency of land intensive use and the improvement of farmers’ income It is very important to study the problem of land circulation.Taking Tai’an City of Shandong Province as an example,this paper uses logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of rural land circulation on the basis of summarizing relevant research.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,significance and purpose of this paper,and combined with the research status at home and abroad,explains the research method,technical route and main research content,and puts forward the possible innovation of this paper;The second chapter is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts,mainly explaining concepts such as the transfer of rural land contractual management rights and theories of land rent and land prices;The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of rural land circulation in Tai’an City,which mainly analyzes the current situation of rural land circulation in Tai’an City,as well as the outstanding problems and reasons;the fourth chapter is the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the willingness of land circulation in Tai’an City,combined with the questionnaire of this paper,using the binary logistic regression model to study the rural land circulation based on farmers From the perspective of land transfer willingness,through the investigation and analysis of six counties and urban areas in Tai’an City,nearly 400 farmers are selected as the research object.Through the data obtained from field survey,the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to transfer rural land are analyzed.The results show that the degree of education,land rent,land transfer policy,land ownership confirmation and transportation convenience have an impact on land transfer It has a significant positiveimpact;rural social security satisfaction and rural per capita land occupation have no significant impact on land transfer;the fifth chapter is the policy recommendations of rural land circulation in Tai’an City,combining with the current situation of land circulation in Tai’an City and the results of empirical analysis,it puts forward the policy suggestions of rural land circulation from five aspects,such as the training of new professional farmers. |
