| In the 21st Century,the national railway transportation developed rapidly in order to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion.With the rapid development of urban railway transportation and the growth of operating miles,they brought about the problem of lack of human resources.More specifically,the demand for professional and technical talents has increased exponentially.As the operating contractor of G City railway transportation,the number of employees of Company G has increased from a few hundred in 2015 to several thousand now.It is important for Company G to conduct timely employee training and optimize employee training system for employees with diverse skills and background to improve employee skills,motivate employees,promote Company G’s operating quality and comprehensive strength.This research explores the employee training system of Company G through the guidance of relevant theoretical research results.It investigates the current situation of the employee training system of the company G through literature review,questionnaire survey method,and interview method.This research discovers the employee training system of Company G exists five issues.Firstly,the training needs can not being satisfied;Secondly,the training content is single and boring;Thirdly,the capability of training lecturer is uneven;Fourthly,the training evaluation process is over simplified;Fifthly,staff are not motivated to participate in training.According to the actual situation of Company G,the optimization plan of the employee training system is mainly formulated from the aspects of training needs and analysis,curriculum system,training lecturers and training evaluation.At the same time,it also elaborates how to guarantee the implementation from three aspects: system,thoughts,and resources.This research lets the employees of Company G improve their knowledge and skills in accordance with the company’s strategic plans and goals meanwhile ensuring the safe operation of the railway,and providing effective human resource guarantee for the sustainable development of Company G.Furthermore,it provides a reference for the construction of the employee training system of the newly established railway operation company in the industry. |
