The development of rural industry is faced with the complex uncertain external disturbance such as urbanization, marketization and environmental change, and the industrial system often shows vulnerability in the face of these external shocks. Therefore,to enhance the resilience of rural industries and promote sustainable development of rural industries is an important task to implement the rural revitalization strategy. This paper incorporates the theory of "resilience" into the research scope of "rural industry revitalization",innovatively proposes and interprets the theoretical implication of rural industrial resilience, and constructs an indicator measurement system of rural industrial resilience. The provincial panel data from 2008 to 2020 are used to measure the level of rural industrial resilience in 30 provinces(municipalities)across the country. At the same time, rural land is one of the basic elements of rural industry resilience cultivation, and the circulation of rural land has already become a more common behavior phenomenon in rural China. Therefore, this paper deeply explores the impact mechanism of rural land transfer on rural industrial resilience, builds a two-way fixed effect model, and uses regression methods such as benchmark regression, differential analysis, intermediate effect and quantile regression to conduct empirical tests. The final conclusions are as follows:(1)The resilience level of rural industry in the whole country and the three regions showed a fluctuating trend with the passage of time.(2)Rural land transfer has a significant positive effect on improving rural industrial resilience, and the robustness test further verifies this conclusion.(3)Rural land transfer can enhance the resilience of rural industry by improving the consumption of rural residents and promoting the transfer of rural labor force. The consumption level of rural residents and the number of rural labor force transfer play a part of the intermediary effect in the process of rural land transfer affecting the resilience of rural industry.(4)The impact of farmland transfer on rural industrial resilience is heterogeneous.First,it has a greater promoting effect on areas with higher rural industrial resilience.Second, the positive effect on impact toughness is stronger than that on fracture toughness, and the "transition force" has the strongest effect on the four kinds of toughness.Based on the research conclusions, four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)All regions in China should pay attention to the cultivation of resilience of rural industries and promote the further improvement of resilience of rural industries.(2)Multi-level departments continue to improve the rural land transfer rate, providing basic element guarantee for the cultivation of rural industrial resilience.(3)Establish the linkage mechanism between rural land resources and rural industrial resilience cultivation as soon as possible, and accelerate the path optimization.(4)Pay attention to the differences of rural industrial resilience and explore new ways to empower rural industrial resilience through rural land transfer. Finally,in view of the limitations of this study, the future research is prospected. |
