Research On The Effect Of Inclusive Financial Services On Rural Revitalization In Yunnan Province

Since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,China has vigorously implemented the rural revitalization strategy and achieved remarkable results.Subsequently,the CPC further proposed the requirement of "comprehensively promoting rural revitalization" in the First document of the CPC Central Committee in 2021,and pointed out that rural inclusive finance should be developed to serve rural revitalization.In order to promote the comprehensive realization of Rural revitalization in Yunnan province,yunnan Provincial Party Committee and provincial Government attach great importance to the development of rural inclusive finance.In2018,yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government proposed to develop rural inclusive finance as the starting point and form diversified rural financial service subjects [Source: according to the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization of Yunnan Province(2018-2022)].In 2021,it is further pointed out that financial institutions related to agriculture should be guided to further strengthen financial services in the field of small and micro inclusive [Source: According to the Implementation Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization released by yunnan Provincial Government.] With the help of inclusive finance,Rural revitalization in Yunnan has made continuous excellent achievements.However,in the development of yunnan pratt &whitney prosperity of rural financial services in the process,there are pratt &whitney financial resource allocation imbalance,high cost and low efficiency,pratt &whitney problem such as financial service system is not sound,so about yunnan pratt &whitney prosperity the effects and influencing factors of rural financial services such as research on the one hand can enrich and perfect the financial theory and the theory of rural revitalization of pratt & Whitney A better understanding of the relationship between inclusive finance and rural revitalization is of great theoretical significance for perfecting the rural financial system suitable for Yunnan’s agriculture and rural areas.On the other hand,it can promote the construction of financial capacity in Yunnan’s rural areas and guide yunnan to tilt more financial resources towards "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".It is of great practical significance to avoid the imbalance between financial supply and demand and to improve the allocation efficiency of inclusive financial resources in the process of promoting rural revitalization in Yunnan province.In this paper,in accordance with the "theoretical analysis,present condition analysis,using literature research,empirical study,research methods of comparative analysis method,the comb and summarize pratt &whitney finance and rural revitalization,on the basis of relevant research literature,from the theoretical level discusses pratt &whitney prosperity of rural financial services related concepts and theories,Combined with the actual situation of Yunnan province,this paper expounds and analyzes the influence mechanism and current situation of inclusive financial services in rural revitalization.Then pratt &whitney financial services in yunnan province rural comprehensive revitalization of the influence factors and the effect on the empirical analysis,then draw the yunnan pratt &whitney financial able to comprehensively promote play a significant role in promoting rural rejuvenation,pratt&whitney financial all dimensions there is biggish difference influence on rural revitalization,pratt &whitney financial poverty county promoting effect of different levels of development exists heterogeneity,etc.Finally,according to the conclusion,suggestions are put forward to improve the availability and effectiveness of inclusive financial services in Yunnan,increase the support for inclusive financial services in yunnan’s rural backward areas,improve farmers’ economic opportunities,and strengthen the development of digital inclusive financial services in Yunnan,which are conducive to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas in Yunnan.
