Research On The Influence Of Digital Inclusive Finance On Rural Revitalization

Nowadays,the combination of financial and technological development has created a new digital development model in inclusive finance—digital inclusive finance model.Digital inclusive finance has the incomparable advantages of low service cost and high risk control ability compared with traditional finance,and has played an important role in improving the ecological environment of rural financial services.Therefore,taking 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in Chinese mainland as samples,this thesis makes an in——depth study of the influence of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization,which is of great reference value and significance for consolidating the valuable achievements of poverty alleviation and comprehensive well—off society,and for exploring the sustainable development path of rural revitalization.In order to study the role and influence of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization,this thesis first theoretically analyzes the mechanism of digital inclusive finance’s influence on rural revitalization level,and then conducts empirical research on this basis.Then,the entropy weight method is used to measure the rural revitalization level of 31 provinces(cities,autonomous regions)in Chinese mainland from 2011 to 201 8.From the measurement results in 2018,the Rural Revitalization index in Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu and other regions is higher than that in other regions,and that in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions,which shows that there are unbalanced and insufficient problems in the overall development of Rural Revitalization in China.The measurement results show that the overall level of rural revitalization in China’s provinces is slow to improve.Firstly,this thesis uses the fixed effect model to conduct empirical research on the relationship between rural revitalization and digital inclusive finance,it is found that the development of digital Inclusive Finance has significantly promoted the development of Rural Revitalization.Then,the rural revitalization is divided into five dimensions to test,it is found that digital inclusive finance can effectively promote all aspects of Rural Revitalization and the concrete aspects of digital inclusive finance’s influence on rural revitalization are studied.The digital inclusive finance index is divided into three dimensions to test respectively,it also constructs a threshold effect model to study the threshold effect mechanism of the impact of digital Inclusive Finance on Rural Revitalization.It is found that when the development of digital Inclusive Finance is higher than a certain threshold,the promotion effect of digital Inclusive Finance on Rural Revitalization will be strengthened and the heterogeneity of rural revitalization by digital inclusive finance in the eastern,central and western regions of China is studied.Finally,the mesomeric effect of industrial upgrading on rural revitalization is studied through the mesomeric effect model.It is found that the influence of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization has significant positive promoting effect,and it has significant positive promoting effect on five dimensions of rural revitalization.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the eastern region is significantly higher than the central and western regions,indicating that the rural revitalization level in the eastern region is higher than that in the central and western regions,and there are significant regional differences.Through the mesomeric effect model,it is found that there are some mesomeric effects in the process of digital inclusive finance affecting rural revitalization.In view of the above conclusions,this thesis puts forward several suggestions from two levels of government and financial institutions,including(1)vigorously developing digital inclusive finance to help rural revitalization.(2)Considering the multi—dimensional attributes of regional characteristics and digital inclusive finance,formulate the development strategy with regional characteristics according to local conditions.(3)Pay attention to the rational allocation of resources.Accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and promote rural revitalization and development by changing industrial structure.
