In the more than 40 years of reform and opening up from high-speed economic development to high-quality development,China’s economy has maintained a strong growth trend.Along with the economic development,China’s financial industry has grown from the embryonic period to the prosperous period,especially the banking industry has achieved fruitful development in recent decades.However,economic development necessarily comes with competition.Reform and opening up has entered a new period of development,and the financial industry is moving towards a more market-oriented and diversified transformation.At the same time,with the market entry of local commercial banks and foreign banks,as well as the rise and growth of Internet finance,the fierce competition and huge challenges faced by traditional large state-owned commercial banks have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the banking industry needs to find effective responses.As a typical representative of large state-owned commercial banks,Bank G has the obligation to better serve the country’s economic development planning,better play the role of supporting local economic development and assuming social responsibility in the new era.Therefore,at a time when Bank G pays more and more attention to the role of human resources,Bank G needs to focus its basic work on improving the professional skills,learning ability and other comprehensive qualities of its employees,so as to establish a training system that meets the current development goals of the bank,and maximize the effectiveness of personnel,so as to enhance the overall core competitiveness.From the actual needs of Bank G’s work,the existing business coverage is wide,the professional requirements are high,and effective training for employees can not only improve the work efficiency of employees and improve their cohesion;It can also effectively improve the professional skills and learning ability of employees,and also help employees better adapt to the position,be familiar with the work content,shorten the work running-in period,and reduce the error rate.At the same time,for senior employees,systematic in-depth training can help them develop themselves,improve themselves,and plan their careers reasonably,so as to improve their own value.This paper aims to analyze the current situation of personal relationship manager training of G branch of Bank G,and put forward suggestions for optimizing training and improving the training effect based on its actual situation.Through scientific and effective training,promote the improvement of the overall quality of the personal account manager team,and promote the realization and landing of strategic goals through more powerful work implementation.
