In the context of the rapid development of the financial market and the ever-changing financial environment,the state has taken into account the importance of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,and has issued various financial support policies.Domestic large and small commercial banks began to extend their business scope to rural areas,the rural financial market competition environment is increasingly fierce.Especially in the era of Internet finance,the rural commercial Bank established by the restructuring of rural credit cooperatives is facing a huge impact and challenge.For rural commercial banks,how to maintain their core competitiveness in the fierce market competition has become a key issue for their development.In this regard,THE RURAL Commercial Bank should realize the importance of talent training,especially the account manager,as a bridge between customers and banks,must build an effective training system to improve their comprehensive quality.Based on this,this paper takes DZ Rural Commercial Bank as an example,based on the competency model,to make corresponding research on its customer manager training system.First of all,this paper combs the domestic and foreign literature on competency model and employee training system,and summarizes the representative viewpoints of various scholars as theoretical reference.On this basis,clear employee training system,competency model and other core concepts and content,as well as the related theories involved in the paper research;Secondly,through interview and investigation,the basic situation of DZ Rural Commercial Bank is elaborated,and the current training system of CUSTOMER manager of DZ Rural Commercial Bank is understood from three aspects: training demand analysis,training plan formulation and implementation,and training effect evaluation.And take the way of questionnaire survey,in-depth understanding of customer managers and related personnel evaluation of the existing training system,master the problem identification required first-hand data;Then,combined with the results of the questionnaire survey and interview,analyze the main problems existing in the training system of DZ Rural Commercial Bank,which are reflected in the analysis of training needs,the unreasonable development and implementation of training plans,and analyze the causes of the problems from the subjective and objective perspectives.Finally,using literature research method,event interview method and questionnaire survey method,construct the account manager competency model with 18 competency factors in 4 levels.Based on the model,some suggestions are put forward to improve the training system of customer manager.
