In the era of financial services serving the real economy and digital transformation,the competition among banks is intensifying,and banks are constantly seeking for solutions to enhance their core competitiveness.The rapid business development of J Bank SD branch has put forward higher requirements for the ability of marketing promotion and customer service.The core purpose of providing training for employees is to improve their comprehensive skills and meet the requirements of post competency by means of training,thus helping to improve the overall service level of the bank,improve the service efficiency and capital utilization rate of the bank,and improve the social image of the bank.Therefore,it is urgent to continuously increase the construction of the account managers’ team,and help them to improve their professional competence through training,so as to better match their own capacity to perform their duties.This paper makes the training results more outstanding,and provides a set of customer training programs based on competency model for enterprise training departments.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide reference for the construction and design of enterprise accounting training programs,and provide a series of theoretical basis for enterprises to implement accounting training programs.In terms of the completeness of the training project construction,the professionalism of the course design and development,the breadth of the selection and training of teachers,the management of the system and the system supporting measures,the training of account managers is systematically and comprehensively promoted.To realize the rapid response and precise docking of training programs to operation and management,promote the realization of corporate strategic goals,and ultimately improve the profitability of the bank.Although there are defects in the current training program design based on talent model,it is believed that with the development of the financial industry and the continuous improvement of the training system,this study will provide some references for the construction of the training system of the financial industry.On this basis,a competency-based employee training program is being developed,and the organization and implementation of the training program are discussed.In the case of this paper,part of bank J is considered to be a study,which is to analyze the current basic situation and possible curriculum problems.The capability model is evaluated by assessing experts and analyzing the hierarchical process,and testing the effectiveness of the capability model.Secondly,based on the theory of training,together with the management capability model in this paper,appropriate training recommendations are proposed to analyze training needs,develop training plans,implement training programs and evaluate training results.Finally,this paper studies the construction of training projects under the competency model and draws relevant conclusions and research deficiencies. |
