| After the epidemic,people pay more attention to personal health,the insurance industry ushered in a wave of development boom.Under the strong impetus of market competition and national policy,China’s insurance industry has gained progress and development,the service field of insurance industry continues to expand,and the market scale of insurance industry has further expanded.It can not be denied that talents are the key resources and core advantages for the development of enterprises,and insurance talents have become the core competitiveness among insurance industries,the problem of brain drain is particularly serious.The loss of talents will not only weaken the competitiveness of the market,but also enhance the strength of the competitors.It can be seen that the high turnover rate and the high turnover of personnel restrict the sustainable development of insurance companies.Only by establishing a human resource management mechanism that is in line with the law of market competition and the reality of the development of the enterprise and the nature of the insurance industry,can the insurance enterprise keep its development vigor and progress forever.P insurance company,as the leading enterprise in the insurance industry,has experienced more than 30 years of tortuous development,but its development also fell into the predicament of brain drain.In order to ensure the authenticity of the research data and the convenience of data collection,this paper takes the Henan branch of P Insurance Company as the research object,specifically including the organizational structure and talent composition;and then,the staff interviews,to the existing staff questionnaire,the two data results summarized,combining HRM theories such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,Hertzberg’s two-factor theory,Adam Smith’s equity theory and Cullen’s curve theory,this paper analyzes the reasons from the external environment,the company system and the personal tendency of manpower,and gives the corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures.Hope to help P Insurance Company alleviate the brain drain problem through the above strategy,and for the insurance industry to provide measures for reference. |
