| With the high-quality transformation and development of the economy,China has attached increasing importance to scientific and technological innovation,and the number of innovative achievements has increased rapidly.However,compared to the world’s innovation powerhouse,the novelty,practicality and influence of China’s innovation output are weak,and the whole level of innovation quality is low.Meanwhile,due to the complex and ever-changing economic and technological environment at home and abroad,the complexity and integration of research and development activities are constantly increasing.Independent innovation by enterprises is becoming increasingly difficult to meet diverse market demands,and they are facing challenges such as sustained resource investment and insufficient R&D personnel capabilities.Previous studies have mostly explored factors such as enterprise size,stakeholders,and capital markets,with little attention paid to the important role of industry-university-research cooperation as a multi entity collaborative cooperation in enterprise innovation.Based on this,this paper takes industry-university-research cooperation as the entry point,explores the impact of industry-university-research cooperation on the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises and its mechanism.Then the paper further analyzes the intermediary role of internal control and studies the moderating role of the nature of enterprise property rights and Digital transformation.And on this basis,this paper provides countermeasures for improving enterprise innovation efficiency,so as to promote the process of innovation cooperation and promote the transformation of innovation achievements.Firstly,the paper summarizes the research literature related to industry-university-research cooperation,innovation efficiency and internal control.Then it grasps the latest research trends,clarifies the ideas,and constructs the research framework.Secondly,the main concepts and basic theories are clarified.The paper analyzes the impact mechanism between industry-university-research cooperation,enterprise innovation efficiency and internal control,and then proposes research hypotheses.Thirdly,variable indicators are selected and research models are established,using Stata software to test the impact of industry-university-research cooperation on enterprise innovation efficiency,and further test the intermediary effect of internal control and the regulatory effect of property rights and digital transformation.Fourthly,according to the analysis of empirical test results,the research conclusions are summarized.To solve problems of low innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises and slow progress of industry-university-research cooperation,this paper advises reasonable suggestions.The empirical results show that: There is a significant positive correlation between industry-university-research cooperation and the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises,that is,the higher the level of industry-university-research cooperation,the higher the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises.Internal control plays a positive intermediary role,that is,high-tech enterprises can enhance their internal control level and improve the innovation efficiency by strengthening the degree of industry-university-research cooperation.The nature of property rights and the digital transformation of enterprises have a positive regulatory effect,that is,in state-owned and high-tech enterprises with a deep degree of digital transformation,industry-university-research cooperation plays a more prominent role in promoting innovation efficiency.And the regulatory effect is partially played by the internal control of intermediary variables. |
