How The Digital Transformation Of Enterprises Affects Innovation

After entering the era of digital economy,digital technology constantly updated iteration bring continuous impact and challenges,only rely on the optimization of organization management level is difficult to maintain long-term competitive advantage,and the use of digital technology as an auxiliary tool to assign,so as to improve operating efficiency,save costs,becoming the theme of the future development of enterprises.The digital transformation of enterprises is not only the micro embodiment of the deep integration of digital technology and physical production,but also the key reform for enterprises to transform the traditional growth drivers and enhance the competitiveness of digital enabling innovation.This thesis sorts out the theory of open network innovation,new Solo paradox and other theories,and based on the data of listed companies in China in 2010-2020,empirically analyzing the impact of digital transformation on innovation.The results show that the digital transformation of enterprises helps to promote enterprise innovation,and the research conclusion is still valid after a variety of robustness tests.The study on the mechanism of action shows that digital transformation can promote enterprise innovation by improving the efficiency of enterprise operation,the ability of risk control and optimizing the structure of human capital,while the market power of enterprises will inhibit the role of digital transformation in promoting innovation.Finally,based on the analysis of industry type heterogeneity,the phenomenon of digital transformation promoting enterprise innovation is more significant in manufacturing enterprises,influenced by the development level of regional digital economy,and it is found that enterprises with only one digital transformation strategy will even inhibit enterprise innovation.This thesis adds and verifies part of the economic consequences of digital transformation of enterprises and the mechanism affecting innovation,and verifies the strategic path selection of digital transformation of enterprises,and how to promote enterprise innovation.
