Subsequently, through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, and so on the way home on several different levels of the school of engineering colleges, "school-enterprise cooperation," the existence and development issues comprehensive and in-depth understanding. However, at present the organization in schools, government policy and financial support on a lack of effort, the managers are not included in the performance of schools based on year-end appraisal, as the school system, businesses involved in high level of engineering education to be strengthened, and those in need The future of the organization to be refined and improved.Based on literature analysis and statistic analysis, the study found that university-industry cooperation is the turning point between the academic and industrial world,and bring some suggestions to the universities. Therefore,the suggestions of the study are as follows:recommendations to the universities to encourage the teachers to participate in the university-industry service.and Recommendations to the industrial circles to strengthen the research and development capability and give the reasonable feedback to the academia and cultivate the long-term partnership.Thirdly,Recommendations to the government organizations to maintain the R&D funds rising steadily.Finally, recommendations to the following researchers to explorer the failed cases of the university-industry cooperation or the working of the incubations and proceed with the research through the industry,government departments, academia,and research organizations.
