Research On The Evaluation Index System Of The Core Competitiveness Of Express Delivery Enterprises

After the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of our country economy and the popularity of electronic commerce,express industry achieved rapid development,a batch of express enterprises also developed rapidly,however,with the decline of the express market growth,express market increasingly fierce competition,how to improve the express enterprise competitiveness,become an important subject in front of the domestic express enterprises.In order to improve their competitiveness,express delivery enterprises need to clarify the composition of their competitiveness and evaluate their core competitiveness.On this basis,they should improve the weak links of their competitiveness with a targeted way.To this end,this paper to "express enterprise core competitiveness evaluation index system research",through the study of express enterprise core competitiveness,construct express enterprise core competitiveness evaluation index system,for the enterprise to provide basic tools,contribute to the core competitiveness of express enterprises.This paper,on the basis of literature research,extract the express enterprise core competitiveness key dimensions,on this basis,using the delphi method,select the evaluation index of the main dimensions of the core competitiveness,and hierarchical analysis method to compare the relative importance of each index,for its empowerment and consistency test,form the core competitiveness in the key dimensions of evaluation index weight,express enterprises to form the core competitiveness evaluation index system.Finally,this paper applies this index system to the competitiveness evaluation of actual enterprises,compares the scoring results with the actual performance of enterprises,and verifies the index system.
