As the importance of enterprise culture among all the management behaviors grows, it is commonlybelieved by business owners, scholars and the whole society thatestablishing excellent enterprise culture isvital to raise enterprise core competence. The essay focuses on how to raise enterprise competitive powerfrom the perspective of enterprise culture, and it has significant importance in establishing soundmanagement system and building corporate core competitive power.Ideological culture, normative culture, relationship culture and entity culture that consists of theenterprise culture which can lead, gather, innovate and restrain every level of enterprise competitive power,such as core level, standard level and product level. Enterprise culture is the key factor of enterprisecompetitive power, and it is also capable of promoting enterprise competitive power. Establishingenterprise culture is vital to raise enterprise competitive power. It involves in the whole process ofmanagement of competitive power, and meanwhile, it leads the way of the competitive power. Theestablishment of enterprise culture transforms the core value, rules and regulations, operational norms, andinterpersonal relationship; meanwhile, it motivates construction of enterprise culture, strategic management,human resource management and technological innovation, and finally it enhances the core competitive ofenterprise.JL Company is a large enterprise of industrial diversity, and it confronts with increasingly fierce industrycompetition and the international giants of enterprises’ challenge with its scalization, centralization andprofessionalization.In order to survive among the severe competition, JL Company has to fulfill strategicrestructuring and integration of resources immediately to enhance its core competitive of enterprise.In thelong term of operation, JL Company has already established his typical and individual corporate culturesystem based on its own characteristics and current marketing situation, which acquired hugeaccomplishment and progress. Yet, because of lacking of resources, ability factors and environmentalfactors, JL company still has some problems waiting to be solved, such as imperfect in rules, regulationsand human resource management, low technological innovation capabilities, and backward in strategicmanagement. JL Company needs to analyze and summarize based on its deficiencies and research the enterprise culture impact in core competitive power. In this case, JL Company will reestablish feasibleenterprise culture and then enhance its core competitive power from all different aspects.JL Company has to establish reasonable corporate culture system, improve the operational system ofenterprise culture execution and management, which finally can promote enterprise culture management.Then, strengthening control in strategic management and restructuring of enterprise development strategyare necessary to enhance corporate strategic management ability. Thirdly, JL Company needs to focus onstriving to create a culture of innovation, improving of the management mechanism of innovative talents,which finally can promote enterprise technology innovation ability. The last step JL company has to fulfillis improving the human resource management ability from the aspects of recruiting, training, motivationand communication and so on. By doing all these measures, JL Company’s core competitive power willdefinitely be prominent.This essay does theoretical studies on how enterprise culture enhances the core competitiveness ofenterprises, combining the analysis of case in JL Company, using inductive analysis method and theempirical research to discuss about how JL company through the establishment, the implementation ofcorporate culture system to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise. The essay also discussesabout deficiency in core competitive power and how corporate culture can enhance the corecompetitiveness of the enterprise. The author provides some personal suggestions to enhance the corecompetitiveness of JL Company. In this essay, the main research findings and innovation points are: basedon the theories between corporate culture and core competence of enterprise, the author discusses about therelationship between the two, and emphasize on how the enterprise culture can enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. The author sets JL Company as an example, puts forward some ways toenhance the core competitiveness of JL Company from the angle of constructing excellent enterpriseculture. This essay provides the combination of both theoretical and practical reference for businessmanagers.
