In the21st century is the era of enterprise competition internationalization, the enterprise if want to dominate in the bitter competition, make enterprise in the invincible position, just rely on enterprise technology and product is difficult to achieve. In the21st century, the era of talent to win with talent will have innovation, enterprise risk and opportunities for continuous development. Different from traditional enterprise development strategy, human resources development strategy is more complex, both for talent itself, or the enterprise managers or decision makers, have very high requirements.Human resource strategic development of the new era, not only to the employees’ professional skills and knowledge to strengthen the attention, and their values, the value of self-realization, and even psychological and mental quality should also be given great attention. Can say, in the present in all enterprises, human resources management is a very important work. Scientific human resources management will not only assist enterprises to obtain talents, advice with talent as the core, solid core competitiveness can also help enterprise innovation, update technology, the advantage in the competition.Study is the first to the enterprise strategy management under the perspective of human resource management research background and significance are expounded, and the related literature at home and abroad were reviewed and the phase and analysis, thus finds out the research idea, research and scientific methods as the breakthrough point, on the basis of the research provides a background in full. Involved in the second to study to explain the concept and definition, at the same time, respectively to the enterprise strategic management and human resources management of related theory were introduced, n order to provide a solid theoretical foundation for the study.Research in the third part, to Yunnan electric power line equipment factory as the main research enterprise, to the present situation of the enterprises and their human resources strategy management are briefly described. On the problems existing in the enterprise strategic management of human resources at present stage has carried on the detailed description respectively, and using different theoretical models for the problems existing in the enterprise human resources strategy management is analyzed.Research in the fourth part, in Yunnan electric power line equipment factory of human resource strategy management perfect theoretical Suggestions and practical measures are put forward. To combination of theory and practice, so as to change the enterprise current dilemma in the strategic management of human resources, the improvement of the strategic management of human resources for the enterprise to offer help.The end of the study, made a summary of the research, and four conclusions, namely on the importance of the strategic management of human resources, integrity, and suitability for sure.
