Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Rural Special Fruit Industry

Actively promoting industrial revitalization and promoting the development of rural specialty industries is an important part of realizing the rural revitalization strategy,and the support of specialty agricultural industries is also needed in the process of realizing rural revitalization.In the new era,accelerating the construction and improvement of modern rural industrial system and promoting the development of rural specialty industries are urgent needs to continuously consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty eradication,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas and comprehensively promote the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the above background,this study takes the fruit industry of rural characteristic industry as the research object and explores the development of Sanhua plum industry in Q town in western Guangdong by using questionnaire survey method,interview method and field observation method.Based on the summary of the development of the local Sanhua plum industry and its multiple effects,the study further analyzes and summarizes the difficulties faced by the industry in the process of development from three dimensions: firstly,at the level of industry participants,farmers’ production management technology level is low and production operations are not standardized,and there is the phenomenon of blindly expanding the production scale;the phenomenon of cooperatives and farmers’ production management technology is not standardized.Firstly,at the level of industry participants,farmers’ production management technology level is low and production operation is not standardized,and there is a phenomenon of blindly expanding production scale;the interest linkage between cooperatives and farmers is loose and the radiation demonstration capacity of existing leading enterprises is weak.Secondly,at the level of the industry itself,the degree of organization of the Sanhua plum industry is low;the supply and demand structure of plum products in the market is unbalanced,and the phenomenon of low price of fruit hurting farmers is prominent;the expansion and extension of the industrial chain is insufficient.Third,the support and guarantee level related to industrial development is characterized by the lack of implementation of industrial policies,insufficient funds for industrial development support and the lack of high-quality talents to support industrial development.Based on the dilemmas in the process of industrial development,we can find that both the lack of internal energy of the industry participants and the limits of the industry’s own development are influenced by factors such as the lack of a sound industrial development protection system.Based on the theoretical perspectives of agricultural multi-functionality,industrial integration and sustainable development,this study proposes targeted strategies and suggestions to empower industry participants,actively promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and strengthen multiple guarantees for industrial development,in order to better promote the modernization and sustainable development of the plum industry in Q town.The aim is to better promote the modernization and sustainable development of the plum industry in Q town.
