Research On The Development Of Green Plum Industry In Gaopu Town,puning City,Guangdong Province

In 2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategy,and made the "three rural" issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood as the top priority of the whole party’s work.Build a moderately prosperous society.In 2021,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Realizing the Effective Linkage of the Achievements of Consolidating and Expanding Poverty Alleviation and Rural Revitalization",proposing the full implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the key to the rural revitalization strategy lies in the development of agriculture and rural areas.Through the interpretation of the existing basic theories,this paper investigates and analyzes the development status of the green plum industry in Gaopu Town,and studies the advantages,disadvantages and development potential of the green plum industry in Gaopu Town around the diamond theoretical model.The following problems are: first,the government support measures are not detailed enough,and there are still shortcomings in "software";second,some enterprises have single market channels and have not been transformed and upgraded in time;third,high-quality varieties are relatively scarce,and processing and research and development capabilities are weak;fourth,management technology is relatively lagging behind,and professional and technical personnel are lacking;fifthly,the degree of integration is not high,and the aftereffect of the tertiary industry is insufficient.Combined with the background of the current rural revitalization strategy,this paper provides the following feasible theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the Gaopu Town Government to plan the green plum industry development strategy: first,to give full play to the role of the government in the development of the green plum industry;second,to focus on brand building,Strengthen market development capabilities;thirdly,focus on scientific research and development and enrich product content;fourthly,strengthen supporting construction and build a strong talent team;fifthly,focus on industrial integration and tap industrial potential;The idea of promoting rural revitalization with industrial revitalization provides a scientific and accurate theoretical basis,and also provides rigorous experience and reference for the revitalization and development of similar industries such as oil orange and olive in Gaopu Town.
