Prospect?Predicament And Countermeasure Of New Pattern Urbanization Of The Mountainous Town

The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC gave a new expression to the new urbanization and emphasized new urbanization is the trend of traditional urbanization,which has strong necessity and rationality.Moreover,compared with other developed countries and areas,the new urbanization with Chinese characteristics,and different core requirements,characteristics of connotation we put forward is suitable for China's national conditions.New urbanization is a new starting point for the development of urbanization in China.The urbanization has come to a rapid development stage with the good economic development situation,expanding of the urban construction and the increasing number of population in recent years.However,with the resources shortage,pollution,and traffic jam,in order to further improve the level of urbanization and make the urbanization play a constructive role in economy development,exploration of new urbanization development path has become an inevitable trend.For mountainous counties,it is a dynamic process to promote the development of new urbanization.What's more,it is the process of industrialization,urbanization and economic and social development;it has something to do with dealing with local new resource use and protection.For mountainous counties,in the process of new urbanization,The county economic development model can be divided to the following four patterns:namely Industrial County,a small County town,conversion of resources and ecological benefits of four county-level economic development modes.However,we must try to find out experience in practice,moreover,it is also important to analyze and sum up problems during the urbanization development,in this way,we have to try to achieve the goal of improving the level and quality of urbanization,optimizing the overall urbanization pattern,improving the urbanization system,constructing a city which is harmonious and pleasant to live.Moreover,we have to find out a new urbanization development path which can meet with our own development needs.For Yunhe county,which is a small county in Zhejiang province,it is important to change the "Small county with high urbanization" development pattern into New urbanization.Since 2001,Yunhe county has carried out the "A small county with high urbanization" development pattern,which promotes the rural population to gather in the urban areas.After more than 10 years of hard work and innovation,now there has been a population of 74%,92.5%students,95%enterprises concentrated in the County of residence,education and development,cities continue to improve,and it constantly improves the level of urbanization,which has achieved some success,But there has been some shortcoming and problems in Yunhe County urbanization construction.In order to enable the extended surface turn for quality improvement accelerate construction and social economic development,We must adhere to the innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing the development concept,thick planting economic development advantages,out of a with the cloud and the character is tics of the new town development path.This paper in Yunhe County is a mountainous area county new town of for research object,trying to find out the lack of "A Small county,with high urbanization" development,combined with the new urbanization development,put forward to promote the cloud and mountain counties of a new pattern urbanization development path and countermeasure.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces and analyzes the theory achievements of domestic scholars on the urbanization development.What's more,chapter one also explains the significance of the study from two aspects of theory and practice,and puts forward the main purpose of the study as well.The second chapter emphasizes the concept of new urbanization and agglomeration theory from the theoretical basis.The third chapter analyze the basic approaches,main effect,useful experience and remaining problems of "a small county with high urbanization" development pattern.The fourth chapter makes a detailed analysis of the prospects for the development of new pattern urbanization in the mountain town of Yunhe county,including the significance,basic planning,basic conditions and favorable factors for the implementation of new pattern urbanization.The fifth chapter discusses the main problems and difficulties in the development of new pattern urbanization and the implementation of the Yunhe county,combined with the reality of the development of the Yunhe County and carried out in-depth analysis.In the sixth part,the main counter measures to promote the construction of the new pattern urbanization.
