Study On Development Countermeasure Of Sanhua Plum Industry Of Xinyi

Sanhua plum of Xinyi is a local specialty of Guangdong Province.It has bright redflesh,crisp quality,sweet and sour taste,rich nutritional value and long storagetime.It is favored by consumers in major cities in South China.Xinyi,located in the southwest of Guangdong Province,is a typical mountainous city with a vast mountainous area.Mainly fruit planting industry,Sanhua plum planting area accounted for about one-third of the fruit planting area,and increased year by year.In recent years,with the policy guidance of Xinyi government,Sanhua plum lndustry has gradually become the most important industry in modern agriculture of Xinyi.The scale of industrial development is gradually expanding.Also,the level of industrial standardization is gradually improving.However,in the process of industrial development,many problems and difficulties are gradually exposed that need to be solved urgently.In this paper,we made Sanhua plum industry of Xinyi as the research object.According to the theory of agricultural sustainable development and the theory of agricultural industry,using the method of literature research,field survey method and other methods,we put forward the problems of Sanhua plum industry in Xinyi.The existing problems as follows: the government support is not enough,the agricultural infrastructure is weak,the cooperative function is weak and the Sanhua plum products processing enterprises is small in scale.Also,the problem of disorderly breeding is outstanding and the planting is scattered,the orchardist’s comprehensive quality is relatively low.Besides,the construction of the circulation system is lagging,the proportion of online companies’ sales is low and there are few well-known brands.The reasons of the problems and difficulties include: Fiscal policy does not have significant effect,agricultural infrastructure and agricultural technology extension service network is not perfect,leading enterprises and cooperatives do not play an obvious leading role,product deep processing development is insufficient,agricultural production intensive level is not high,fruit farmers lack of development capacity,circulation system and e-commerce system to be improved,the investment of brand building is insufficient.At last,we put forward that improving the government service management level,guiding operators have a good cooperation and cultivating the strength of Sanhua plum industrial organization will have practical significance.Through the analysis of Sanhua Plum industry of Xinyi,the problems existing in the current development process are summarized effectively.On the one hand,we can provide reference not only for the development of Sanhua Plum industry,but also for the public service of government.On the other hand,we can offer some advice on the industrial organization construction and the orchardist’s development capacity of Xinyi.
