In the current Internet technology era,talents are a necessary condition for Internet companies to maintain their sustainable competitive advantages.In addition to material needs,the growth of non-material incentives.The technical staff got their wish for their own reasons.Knowledge,income,age,interests and hobbies are all different,which poses a challenge to the non-material reward system of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study non-material technical employees.This article takes a company as the research object,discusses the material incentives of its new generation of technical employees,comprehensively research and research methods and questionnaire survey methods,find out the practical problems of a company,and formulate reasonable and effective non-professionals.First of all,this article is not The literary research method conducts research and academic research on related theories and research systems,analyzes the status quo of a company’s technical non-employee material resources,and analyzes the company’s existing non-material resource system design and main problems and reasons in the implementation of the plan,Summarized and refined 19 non-material resource surveys.Secondly,this article analyzes 19 elements through questionnaires,extracts 3 public factors,and constructs a core element of non-material incentives for technical employees of the company.In the end,the non-material employees based on this basic type put forward a proposal for the optimization of the company’s technical incentive measures.This article studies the non-material resources of technical employees in Company A,non-professional team management and related theoretical theories.It provides examples of material incentives for companies in the process of creating high-performance team incentives,and also provides decision-making references for company human resources management.
