Entered in twenty-first Century, we ushered in the era of knowledge explosi on, after birth, but also ushered in the reform and opening up the growth of th e post-80 s generation. They have a positive value view, the view of occupation, th ey notonly pay attention to their own learning and pay attention to the growth of enterprises, they are full of passion,innovation, become the important new force. However, after 80 generations but also for managers to bring not the small con fused, self-conscious, love unceasingly in the establishment of occupation choice su its own position, not the pursuit of stable occupation. These entry-level employee are breaking Chinese decades of human resource management model.This research is to study the relation between intention and organization of t he post-80 s staff non-material incentive level of turnover, and job satisfaction in t he non-material incentive and turnover intermediary role between intention. The m ain purpose is through the understanding of 80 in the workplace, turnover intenti on and reason, and then explore the non-material motivation, job satisfaction and t he deep relationship between the role of the process.This study explores the facto rs after 80 employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention of the main effects, d iscusses the post-80 s staff non-material motivation, job satisfaction,turnover intenti on relationships, and by means of questionnaire, a questionnaire survey of non-m aterial motivation, job satisfaction, turnover intention for different enterprises in di fferent industries more than 200 after 80 employees, analyzes the non-material m otivation, job satisfaction and turnover intention among the correlation, regression model. Through scientific statistical analysis, a significant positive correlation was observed between non-material motivation and job satisfaction and turnover intention; non material incentive has a significant negative correlation between jo b satisfaction and turnover intention; has significant negative correlation. Accord ing to the different demographic variables may lead to differences in the non ma terial motivation, job satisfaction, resulting in the conclusion of the study is not accurate, this research adopts the analysis of covariance method, adding "gende r, marital status,educational background, working hours, job position, the nature of units, annual income of"individual statistical variables, analyzes the influence o f non material incentive and job satisfaction on turnover intention.Through the an alysis found that, along with the academic staff, annual income gradually increase d, turnover intention to gradually reduce; significantly lower than other propertie s in the foreign joint venture employees’ turnover intention unit. According to th e analysis results, this study from the non material incentive mechanism put for ward main measures to reduce the turnover intention of after 80 employees.
