| Under the background of economic globalization and the accelerated development of new Internet technologies,the new generation of employees,represented by the post-80s and post-90s,have become the main force of enterprises.They have distinct personalities,advocate freedom,are enthusiastic about work,are good at learning and pursue achievements,which are obviously different from the previous generations of employees.How to strengthen the management of the new generation of employees has become a problem that cannot be ignored in modern enterprise human resource management.Therefore,it has become a great challenge for modern enterprise human resource management to accurately grasp their personality characteristics and demand characteristics,understand the incentive effect of various incentive factors on them and formulate scientific and reasonable incentive policies.The thesis takes Anhui branch of China Pacific Insurance Company as the case object,apply relevant theory on incentive,analyze current situation and existing problems of non-material incentive for the new generation of employees in the company through literature research,interview method,questionnaire investigation and case analysis,as well as propose how to formulate scientific and effective non-material incentive schemes.This thesis is divided into five parts:Chapter one is introduction.This part mainly explains the background of choosing the topic of non-material incentive strategy of Anhui branch of Pacific Insurance Company.This thesis expounds the research significance from the theoretical and practical significance.After introduction of the research history and progress of relevant theories at home and abroad,this part introduces the author’s thoughts with words and thought map,and then puts forward the research method,subdivision of the research object and the reason of choosing the target object.Finally,it illustrates where innovation is possible compared with the previous achievements of scholars.Chapter two is overview of related theory and concept.This chapter mainly summarizes two modules,including the new generation of employees and incentive theory.On the aspect of the new generation employees,this part first reasonably define the new generation employees,synthesizing the definition of the new generation of employees at home and abroad.On this basis,research the growth environment of the new generation of employees and compared with the traditional employees,the new generation of employees’ particularity caused by these environments.What’s more,analyze possible special preferences of the new generation employees according to the particularity they’ve shown.In terms of incentive theory,this chapter mainly starts from sorting out the major incentive theories,and then summarizes the research results related to non-material incentive to provide a theoretical basis for the research and scheme design later onChapter three describes the present situation of non-material incentive for new generation employees in Anhui branch of China Pacific Insurance Company.This chapter first gives a brief introduction of the Pacific Insurance Company.Then,it introduces the human resource situation of the company from organizational structure,staff situation,etc.Furthermore,develop a questionnaire based on relevant theory,and conduct the second interview based on the result of the questionnaire.In the end,analyze the problems in non-material incentive of the new generation employees in Anhui branch of China Pacific Insurance Company,combined with the results of questionnaire and interview.Chapter four is about the design of non-material incentive scheme for new generation employees in Anhui branch of China Pacific Insurance Company.Aiming at the problems found in chapter three,this part puts forward solutions to non-material incentive for Anhui branch of China Pacific Insurance Company of new generation employees,combined with the incentive theory and the research achievements of non-material incentives.Firstly,propose the design ideas,including design goals,and principles of the scheme,based on incentive theory.Secondly,design the non-material incentive scheme from the following three main aspects,the environment,spirit and career development.Chapter five is conclusion and prospect.This part briefly summarizes the main research conclusions of this thesis,summarizes the research and paper writing,indicates some of the research findings and possible contributions,and finally points out some possible deficiencies in the research process and the future research direction. |
