With the great development of knowledge economy,knowledge employees have increasingly become the core elements for enterprises to gain competitive advantages in the market.How to attract and retain knowledge employees through effective incentive means has become an important issue for enterprises to think about.However,most enterprises have not deeply explored incentive management of knowledge employees,and there are some problems such as poor incentive effect,increased job burnout and turnover rate,which vests relative researches with necessity and significance.This thesis focused on the non-material incentive of knowledge employees in the era of knowledge economy.Firstly,this thesis summarized the existing research results and relevant theories.Secondly,this thesis chose X company as the case and analyzed the status and problems of non-material incentive in the case.This thesis focused on the non-material incentive of knowledge employees in the era of knowledge economy.Firstly,this thesis summarized the existing research results and relevant theories.Secondly,this thesis chose X company as the case and analyzed the status and problems of non-material incentive in the case.Thirdly,this thesis summarized the key elements of non-material incentive and put forward the optimization scheme of knowledge employees for knowledge employees in X company.In conclusion,overall,X company performed well in the construction of employee job security and the care of employees’ physical and mental health,while the dimension of employees’ training and development still need to improve.More specifically,the most important incentive elements included work environment,fairness,balanced feelings,emotional care,recognition & rewards,efficient communication,training,promotion,job rotation,which should be regarded as importantbasis for the design of non-material incentive plans for knowledge employees of X company.Based on rich theorial foundation of incentive management,this thesis helped X company and similar enterprise explore practical optimization plans for knowledge employees in X company,which may contribute to the reformation of incentive management and human resource management of enterprises and highlight advantages in market competition in the long term.
