In the era of knowledge economy,innovation is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.Improving the independent innovation ability of enterprises plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises themselves.As researchers' research on innovation moves from the organizational level to the micro level,the individual's willingness to innovate and innovative behavior are gradually attracting the attention of researchers.With the gradual entry into the workplace after the 85 s and 90 s,the new generation of employees has become an important force in the talent market,gradually becoming the leading force of enterprise innovation,and will play a leading role in the future innovation and development of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve the innovation ability of the new generation of employees.Domestic and foreign corporate management circles have received sufficient development in material incentives.However,in today's 21 st century,the material happiness index is becoming more and more low,and material incentives can no longer meet the individualized needs of the new generation of employees.This paper aims to explore the relationship between non-material incentives and the innovative will of new generation employees.The team in the organization is an important component of organizational innovation,and its ability to effectively complete innovative tasks and achieve creative output is undoubtedly crucial to the organization.How to improve the team's ability to innovate is a hot research issue in both academic and management practice.Based on this,this research cuts into the team atmosphere and team process.Based on the social cognition theory,the team trust is used as a mediator variable to study the possibility of non-material incentives to improve the innovative will of the new generation employees under the innovative atmosphere of team trust.This study used the survey method to obtain 210 valid data through questionnaires,and analyzed the data using AMOS 20.0 and SPSS 22.0,and concluded that:(1)non-material incentives and their two dimensions(trust incentives,environmental incentives)for innovation There is a significant positive impact on willingness,but the promotion incentive has no significant positive impact on the new generation of employees' willingness to innovate;(2)non-material incentives and their two dimensions(promotional incentives,environmental incentives)to team trust and its two dimensions(Emotional team trust,cognitive team trust)have significant positive effects,but promotion incentives have no significant positive impact on emotional team trust;(3)team trust and its two dimensions(emotional team trust,Cognitive team trust)has a significant positive impact on the new generation of employees' willingness to innovate;(4)Team trust has a mediating role in the impact of non-material incentives on the innovative will of the new generation of employees.The research results can be used as a reference for revealing the influencing factors of the internal innovation environment and guiding enterprises to establish team trust among the new generation employees through relevant non-material incentives to improve employees' willingness to innovate.
