Research On The Path Of Leading Enterprises Helping Rural Revitalization

China first put forward the rural revitalization strategy in the No.1 Central Document in 2018,making it one of the five national development strategies in 2019.However,it takes work to achieve rural revitalization.First,many traditional agricultural industries have bottlenecks,needing help to meet rural residents’ growing material and cultural needs.Secondly,the flow of the rural population to the city leads to the loss of the rural population and the lack of an agricultural labor force,further intensifying the hollowing out of the farming industry.As an essential pillar of the national economy,leading enterprises have solid economic strength and influence.If we give full play to the positive role of leading enterprises,it will help promote the development of the rural economy and revitalization.This paper adopts the method of literature research,field investigation,and qualitative and quantitative combination,based on combing and summarizing the relevant theories and research literature,comprehensively and objectively investigating the development status of R winery,analyzing and studying the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges of R winery,in helping rural revitalization,to explore the practical path for leading enterprises to help rural revival.It analyzes the mode and mechanism of the leading enterprise R winery to promote rural revitalization by creating employment opportunities,improving the rustic appearance,and advancing rural economic development.It analyzes the possible influence of social and economic environment and other restrictive factors on the winery’s promotion of rural revitalization and the solutions;Based on building the model of Chateau R helping rural revival,the expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the indicators and weights.The questionnaire data’s descriptive statistics and reliability and validity test are carried out with SPSS software.The analytic hierarchy process is extended based on fuzzy conditions.According to the questionnaire results and the weight value,construct a judgment matrix to evaluate the performance of Chateau R in helping rural revitalization and the implementation of Chateau R in helping assess rural revival.Because of the performance evaluation scores of the five indicators of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,agricultural civilization,effective governance,and prosperous life of R winery,the author puts forward suggestions to improve the performance level of R winery in helping rural revitalization.The research results of this paper have practical significance for analyzing the path of leading enterprises to help rural revitalization and provide a specific reference value for other leading enterprises on how to help rural revival.
