The countryside are the main production areas of China's important agricultural resources such as grain,vegetables,forest farms,fishing and hunting.At the same time,it is also one of the strategic positions for building a well-off society in an all-round way and a socialist modern powerful country in an all-round way.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of C hina in 2017 put forward the strategy of "Rural Revitalization" for the first time,which is not only a great feat to meet the needs of the times,but also to respond to the voice of the people.Laixi is a county-level city dominated by traditional agriculture,and a typical epitome of the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization,Based on the analysis of the achievements,practices and existing problems in the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in Laixi C ity,combined with the advanced experience of all parts of the country,this paper explores a new road of Rural Revitalization in the new era of "strengthening the leadership of grass-roots party organizations as the core,fully organizing farmers,and putting them into the development tide of marketization and rule of law,so as to achieve strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers"At the same time,taking Laixi C ity as an example,through in-depth analysis of the pain points,blocking points and difficulties in the development of Laixi C ity,and then study the problems in the implementation of the revitalization of the county rural areas,trying to find out the law of promoting the development of the county rural areas.From the point to the area,the paper puts forward the development strategy of Rural Revitalization at the county level,which provides working ideas for the formulation of scientific and effective strategic plan of rural revitalization,and provides reference for the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy at the county level.
