Study On The Performance Evaluation System Of Finance Shared Center Of Pharmanceutical Distribution Enterprises

Under the new medical reform,the implementation of policies such as "two-ticket system" and centralized procurement has promoted the increasing concentration of the pharmaceutical distribution industry and the mergers and acquisitions of pharmaceutical business groups.With the need for cross-regional and large-scale strategic development of pharmaceutical business groups,a financial sharing center for pharmaceutical business groups has emerged.In the above context,the financial sharing center makes the group’s financial management more efficient through centralized financial management,thus promoting the optimal allocation of corporate resources and strategic control.Since performance evaluation plays a crucial role in the company’s operation,the support and guarantee role of the performance evaluation of the financial sharing center for the group’s strategy determines whether the financial sharing service can reach higher strategic goals.Therefore,it is necessary to build a set of performance evaluation system for the financial sharing service center that is suitable for the support and guarantee role for the group’s strategy,which becomes an inevitable requirement for the iterative upgrading of the financial sharing center.This paper focuses on the performance evaluation of the financial sharing center,taking the development situation of the pharmaceutical distribution industry under the new medical reform environment as the background,and focuses on the performance evaluation of the financial sharing center.By studying the performance evaluation system of the financial sharing center of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited,exploring the common problems of the existing performance evaluation system of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,and constructing a performance evaluation system that meets the needs of the group’s strategic development in the context of the new medical reform by reconstructing and optimizing the performance evaluation system of China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited’s sharing center.Subsequently,the reconstructed performance evaluation system was applied in the financial shared service center of the medical business group,and it was found that the operation and corporate culture needed to be optimized.Finally,in order to ensure the efficient operation of the performance evaluation system in the financial shared center of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises,this paper proposes safeguards from three levels:system,concept and informationization,such as increasing the importance of management,improving the performance management information system,and making suggestions for the continuous optimization of indicators.Starting from the strategic goals of the enterprise,the design of the performance evaluation system of the financial sharing center can not only help to enhance its core competitiveness,provide better services for the management of the group,but also provide reference significance for the construction of the performance evaluation system of the financial sharing service center of other pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.
