Research On Supplier Evaluation Of Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprises

With the process of Chinese pharmaceutical industry marketization accelerating,the old supply system gradually disintegrated.It was replaced by new circulation pattern "Multichannel,less links,more trading,mutual competition".This pattern leads to a great quantity of suppliers and unevenness of the suppliers' quality.So supplier evaluation and selection attained the state of paramount importance for supply chain management of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises.Based on the analysis of traditional evaluation methods,this thesis proposes a strategyoriented dynamic evaluation model for pharmaceutical suppliers.And a strategy-oriented evaluation criteria system is built for BB Company through this model.Finally,rank and evaluate the suppliers of BB Company.The thesis consists of three parts as follows: 1.The evaluation model includes three aspects.The strategy-oriented evaluation criteria system align with strategies in different stages of enterprise development.Before weighting the criteria,the suppliers should be classified according to their characteristics.And the dynamic weighting method combines G1 method(subjective weighting methods)and Entropy weight method(objective weighting methods).According to the practical needs,the rating of suppliers is determined by TOPSIS or VIKOR.2.The basic evaluation criteria system for pharmaceutical supplier selection is proposed through literature analysis and industrial investigation.The evaluation criteria system of BB Company is proposed as an example based on its strategic requirement and historical data.3.Rank and evaluate the suppliers of BB Company.And test the ranking result of 33 suppliers who are selected from 734 alternatives based on the practical experience of BB Company's staff.The results show that the dynamic weighting method for different categories of suppliers can reflect the data characteristics and the intentions of decision-makers more appropriately.The results of TOPSIS and the modified VIKOR method are essentially consistent for the outstanding suppliers.And there are obvious differences of the results through the above two methods for the majority which perform ordinary.The decision-makers can select an appropriate method according to practical requirement.
