| In the 21 st century,the significance of human resources for the survival and growth of companies has been widely recognized.Among them,high-tech enterprises,which specialize in producing high-tech products and services,require more technical talents due to their inherent characteristics.However,these technical talents often exhibit high mobility,leading to rising costs,resource turnover,and customer loss,all of which have negative effects on the long-term development of high-tech companies.This study focuses on the high-tech enterprises in S-city’s high-tech zone and employs the theory of brain drain and job satisfaction to examine the talent composition and brain drain situation over the past three years.Through literature research methods,interviews,and questionnaires,this study investigates the true thoughts of the resigning and current talents in the area.The results indicate that the factors influencing the tendency of high-tech industry brain drain in S-city’s high-tech zone include organizational,social,and personal factors.Among them,organizational factors have the most profound impact,particularly salary and benefits,performance appraisal,career development,and corporate culture.Thus,countermeasures in six aspects,such as building a compensation and social protection system,innovative policies to motivate talents,and focusing on the individual needs of talents,are proposed to address the main problems leading to the resignation of talents.This study provides a theoretical and practical basis for ensuring the healthy development of high-tech enterprises by exploring the factors that affect the tendency of high-tech companies to lose talent and proposing brain drain prevention strategies.It is also essential to broaden and deepen the results of theoretical research on the tendency to leak brains in high-tech companies... |
