High-tech enterprise is mainly engaged in high-tech product development,high-tech services for people.Its demand for high-level talents is greater than traditional enterprise with the same scale.However,the frequent movement of high-level talents is one of the common phenomenon in these enterprises.Thus,high-tech enterprise should put more emphasis on high-level talents drainage.Only grasping talents can guarantee the long-term development of an enterprise.Company A is the best software company in the Information Technology industry.It has taken its shape,but there is also fierce competition between the same industry enterprises.With the developments of the times and the social progress,For company A,the problem on high-level talents drainage become very obvious,such as the profit point on a new product declined year by year,the slow research & development on high and new technology and so on,which has already restricted the development and technological innovation of this enterprise.Due to economic depression,how to reduce unemployment of high-level talents has become a key issue.Only optimal resource allocation can get company A out of difficulties.In this paper,the method of case and demonstration analysis are using to further study the problem of high-level talents drainage.Based on referring to abundant internal and external documents,in a survey of development present situation on company A,the status and the causes of brain drain is summarized.Meanwhile,this serious problem may cause irremediable loss.In company A,most unemployment of high-level talents,who are mainly the age under 35,high-spirited young man with higher degrees,are taken the initiative to leave.Among these people,some choose to work in rival company.It brings a significant negative influence on company A.In order to deeply study the key reason causing unemployment of high-level talents and the negative influence.We finish a fully investigation of company A for unemployment of high-level talents.According to this investigation,different working factor or non-working factor may both brings a significant negative influence on brain drain.Wages and benefits,growth,job challenge and enterprise culture showed significant effect.While ideology,inter-personal relationship,enterprise training and territory have a certain reference value.But non-working factor,such as working conditions,have little effects.In this paper,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures on how to reduce unemployment of high-level talents based on the current situation ofcompany A.For instance,putting the people first,harmonious working environment,relatively fair performance-assessment system,solid enterprise culture,compensation &benefit system,win-win development between employee and enterprise,etc.
