New high-tech enterprise is a kind of enterprise specially engaged in high-tech products in the research, development, production and management. Its outstanding feature is knowledge and technology intensive. Its essential characteristics make it having strong dependence on human resource. With the market competition and the globalization trend in economic development, Key employee is considered as a dynamic factor in maintain enterprise Sustainable development, which has become increasingly competitive. Therefore how to effective manage key employees, form a healthy and good employee flowage system, which has been the most important problem faced with each new high-tech enterprise.Based on the relevant theories, this thesis is mainly from human resources management perspective and the point of micro-enterprises, using the combination of theoretical research and empirical research, analyzes and expounds the key employees' turnover causes and countermeasures.Firstly, from the analysis of key employees' connotation and characteristics, the study establishes key-employees identification on the basis of key demand of enterprises. Job satisfaction is one the most important factors which effect the turnover decision-making. While social factors are always difficult to control by enterprise, thus, this article does not discuss it. Using job satisfaction as the Independent Variable. This article takes questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis, it is verified job satisfaction has a negative correlation with key employee turnover by the analysis. This result is same as the other foreign experts at home and abroad in the past. However, for the core high-tech talent which is a special group in enterprises. Job satisfaction has different influence in the turnover intention. This article attempt to describe the influence degree of all kind of factors in turnover. Then put forward the effective countermeasures on the controllable factors of enterprises.
